Flynny Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Whoa shit. At least this game isn't boring as shit like most of them.
Mort Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Tell you what, let's all throw a 37 year old keeper in when he's probably not going to be around for much longer at all.Not only is he 37, he's a keeper that everyone slagged off when he was playing for England before, and wanted Robbo in. This is true... butt "you always want what you haven't got" either way, tis true that James' form over the last year has been better than Robbo's...
Flynny Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 How long until Shearer gives up and shaves off the tuft? This is true... butt "you always want what you haven't got" either way, tis true that James' form over the last year has been better than Robbo's... "Better than Robbo's?". James' form has been sensational for the last two seasons, pretty much.
Mort Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 "Better than Robbo's?". James' form has been sensational for the last two seasons, pretty much. Lets not go crazy, James has been good over the last year or more, indeed on his day he's been simply outstanding (!), mean while Robinson's been inconsistent for the most part (in the grand scheme of things he's a decent keeper - but hardly world class).
Thracian Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Micah Richards - the definition of a proper attacking full-back. As for Owen he's the Fryatt of England. Anyone else would be criticised but no matter how easy the miss there's always some sort of excuse. The second chance was a tap in. He leaned back and skied it.
Tommeh Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Du du du du fooking useless A terrible German side lead and deserve it in my opinion proof yet again that this team is F'all without Rooney, Gerrard and even Hargreaves. get SWP on Carrick off, Beckham in the centre and give it a go!

Surely there are more worthy strikers out there!!?
Brainy Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Du du du du fooking useless A terrible German side lead and deserve it in my opinion You're joking right?

I have to agree with Thracian once again.
Tevez Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Why play Alan Smith when he plays in the middle of the park for Newcastle. Mclaren piss off and stop wrecking this team.

This teams fook all anyway. I actually hate England matches.
Master Fox Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Thracian is becoming my favourite poster! I think he's absolutely brilliant.
Mort Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Good point, but more pertinent; Why is he starting an England game when he hasn't played any Prem football for almost a year!? Surely there are more worthy strikers out there!!? Really?... I'm not so sure, Crouch is suspended, Rooney is injured, Bent's withdrawn, Ashton is coming back from injury, Defoe hasn't started for Spurs yet this season, Johnson maybe, Nugent is looking out of his depth at times with pompey, Walcott still not a permanent fixture with Arsenal, Agbonglahor maybe but still young, Lita's injured and Derbyshire's still very young... who does that really leave?
Tommeh Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 You're joking right? Deadly serious. As soon as we scored it was sit back, let them attack and they did. Our international game will continue going backwards until a proper manager is in. Funny how allardyce and MON will both have their feet up tonight doing really well in their respective jobs and watching the "manager" who beat them to the post display this shower
lildave3 Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Really?... Sappleton. Or me.
Tommeh Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 This teams fook all anyway.I actually hate England matches. we've got more chance of tiger Tim making a miraculous return to form and winning wimbledon before our football team can even think about challenging for a major trophy
Tommeh Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Barry for Carrick This is getting better and better
Mort Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Barry for Carrick This is getting better and better If you don't laugh you'll cry... ...nice shot from Cole!
