He has probably spent quite a bit of time doing upper body stuff in the gym as the soppy sod is always injured from the legs down .

Bob666 Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 I seem to recall that Martin Allen is sponsored by a local garden centre - which is obviously handy in respect of the hanging baskets installed at the training ground. I'm slightly concerned that we've had no update from Martin on the hanging baskets since pre-season.......maybe Carl is watering them as part of his recooperation??
