Lillehamring Posted 20 August 2007 Posted 20 August 2007 hmm, well they always say buy the worst house in the best street, and seeing chels and fukham have gone, looks like the italians are buying into 'the Bush'.
Manwell Pablo Posted 20 August 2007 Posted 20 August 2007 hmm, well they always say buy the worst house in the best street, and seeing chels and fukham have gone, looks like the italians are buying into 'the Bush'. Paladini still in charge unbelivable.
Geo V Posted 20 August 2007 Posted 20 August 2007 Out of all the clubs to pick, who would want a manky old club like QPR with there shite stadium and non-existent supporters?? Time for Gregory to look for another job
Flynny Posted 20 August 2007 Posted 20 August 2007 Competition hotting up for next season, then, assuming we don't accidentally get promoted or something.
The People's Hero Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 This is like buying an expensive antique china shop and then agreeing that the current failed owner (who just happens to be a raging, mad, corrupt bull can stay on and run the thing).
Lillehamring Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 This is like buying an expensive antique china shop and then agreeing that the current failed owner (who just happens to be a raging, mad, corrupt bull can stay on and run the thing). it wouldn't be very expensive if it were run by a mad raging bull, you doofus. EDIT: ok, shall i explain it to you... the bull (ie the 'current failed owner') can stay on and run the shop - ie he already owned it, and assuming he actually visited the shop, which he OWNED, which would make good business sense, he would therefore adopt the role alluded to ie the proverbial 'bull in a china shop' - thus, the shop is unlikely to be 'expensive', filled, as it would be with broken china... oh, well maybe i'm being pedantic, but it was a really crap analogy -
Joe. Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Out of all the clubs  Poor stadium, poor fanbase, poor squad. Says it all.
Daggers Posted 21 August 2007 Author Posted 21 August 2007 Out of all the clubs :laugh:Poor stadium, poor fanbase, poor squad. Says it all. I *ahem* like QPR Ever since the days of flair, Stan Bowles, Rodney and Tony Currie. I hope they pull it together and do well.
Brainy Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Out of all the clubs  You could say the same about Mandaric. Paladini and Briatore obviously know each other well.
lildave3 Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Any club that had Trevor Sinclair and Les Ferdinand play for them is alright by me. Except QPR, I don't like them.

Ultra Posted 23 August 2007 Posted 23 August 2007 Whoever tried to clean up this thread made a Paul Robinson style hash of it. But the irony of Daggers seeking to claim the moral high ground is the most humorous thing I've seen on here in ages!

Glad to see that (once again) the point of a post soared over your head. Well done for reconfirming (yet again) the vastness of your stupidity. Now **** off.

Tevez Posted 23 August 2007 Posted 23 August 2007 QPR , don't deserve to get took over. Shit Ground, Shit Manager, Shit Team and they beat up Chinease.
Daggers Posted 23 August 2007 Author Posted 23 August 2007 They played some blinding football in the Seventies.
Thracian Posted 23 August 2007 Posted 23 August 2007 They played some blinding football in the Seventies. Rodney Marsh and Stan Bowles days. A wonderful sight even if we were sometimes on the receiving end.

Nationwider Posted 23 August 2007 Posted 23 August 2007 Who remembers the Dennis Bailey hat-trick? There can't be that many people who have scored three in the league against United in recent times?
