I think we'll find that Jim got the boot for his "insensitive" comments to Brian. It's all too PC for my liking but after what happened to Shilpa, all these reality programmes have had a reality check.

Bet they were just being careful and so he's gone.

The thing is, Jim Davidson comes acroos as a bit of a thick tw@t and although offensive, I don't think he actually meant it to be so. It's just that he has no people skills and he speaks his mind.

And to really throw hot oil on the fire (before running away and never returning to this thread), does anyone else think that Brian's reaction to Jim's comments were a bit.. well, GAY?

JD said that he was told that GAY meant Good As You by Victor Spinnetti. Now I thought Spinnetti was gay and if a gay person tells him that is what it means, he was only repeating the saying of a gay man to another gay man. In which case, Brian had no reason to get upset.

It's his lack of people skills though that makes this so ridiculous. And he could have said a lot worse.

If you watched his reactions last night, I really don't think he realised what he was saying. It all stems back to his days as a comedian, I'm sure.

Who votes for him? Not me because I don't have the money to waste, but he will be kept in by the people that WANT to see him wind the others up.

He'd still be there all week had he not been booted because people love to see celebs make themselves look stupid.

Very True!! I was thinking the same thing, it all seems abit too hush hush and i'm surprised the 'pc' brigade haven't come out in force!!!

It just proves that people don't actually care what is said but are more concerned about who says it and on what channel and program. They get all PC only to create more publicity.

I haven't seen the programme but in the paper today it said that one of the blokes in the cast (can't remember who) admits to having sex with a Thai man.

Thought you might like to know that.

Did anyone notice, that despite JD saying that gays all have "that look", Brian denied it originally, but it was for all to see last night?

And I have noticed that my female friends are backing / supporting him more than my male friends! And that pi$$es me off no end!
