morris1234 Posted 21 March 2008 Posted 21 March 2008 yyyeeeeeeeeesssssssssss i cant believe how well im doing! just played man u , set out quite defenisvely with a slow and short passing game, did well with billy sharp getting his 14th goal in 13 prem games, second half i dominated again, then the ref signals 4 mins of extra time, ok not bad but its dragging on to 7 yes 7mins of injury time and guess what the ref gives them a penalty, up steps paul scholes i thought a point is not bad at old trafford when good old david james goes to his left and tips it wide! great win!

Ozwin Posted 22 March 2008 Posted 22 March 2008 I find playing a 5-3-2 formation works best with the two wing backs going forward putting loads of croses in. Sort of like how we played against West Brom by the sounds of things.

I started my own team like that once... ended up starting and just giving up because I miss being with a real team and playing decent games! Still doing well with Leicester in the Premiership. Hopefully will keep us there... at the moment though I'm pushing for a European spot!

On the last day of the season Arsenal were one point above me, I was playing Liverpool at the Walkers, and Arsenal was playing Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. I won 1-0, Arsenal lost 3-0. Vagner Love got the winner. Also won the Carling Cup for the 3rd time in a row. My best signings were Diego who got 10 goals from AM and 16 assists. And Fred who got 37 goals in all competitions. Gonna win the treble next year.
