Maybe its just Crewe..... But i need some help... There isn't any helping crap teams... they did well for a few years but once they started to fall, there wasn't any stopping it!

Yeah i did play him up top but he was shocking for me.... Right wing... he is the best player for what is a crap team!! Expected to win the title in the next 2 years got it for £23 even though it said £30 in morrisons!! anybody spotted any cock-ups yet? there always seems to be the need for updates which realy pisses me off

Yeah... its really annoying when that happens... I had just climbed up to 3rd one season on 07 and suddenly we couldn't beat the shite at the bottom of the season and were losing game after game! It was a fooking disaster but we still finished 6th and then lost in the semi's of the play-offs... I was NOT happy as we should have been in the automatic promotion places!!!

Shipped him straight back to Sunderland.

TheBlinding Posted 22 October 2007 Posted 22 October 2007 Struggling in my 2nd season, 18th after 7 games, only 5 points but have had some tough games. Chelsea, Villa, Everton, Utd away. Beat Reading 2-1 for my only win. In his 3 games against me so far Saganowski has scored 10 goals, it's ridiculous. Git some easy games coming up so hopefully I'll be moving up. Milan gave me 17 million, signed Kerlon, Ekoko, Samba (Blackburn got relegated ), A keeper and Scharner for about 15 million combined and spent the other 2 million on cheap young players with loads of potential, Lucas Neill on loan, and then sold DJ, Hume, Nielsen and Ruiz for a combined 11 million and got fook all to buy anyone else! Getting 6/7 million pound offers for Mattock but I managed to make him sign a new deal. Not letting him go for anything less than 15 mill I've decided seeing as Baines went to Valencia for 25 million and Spurs signed some mexican left back for 33 million!!!! Some of the fees being paid are ridiculous! Blackburn wanted 14 million for Santa Cruz!

Pete_foxes Posted 22 October 2007 Posted 22 October 2007 game came in the post today, I've been playing on it for a few hours.. & I have to tell you guys, I don't think much too it! its basically the same as 2007. When you watch some of the game play I think its abit unrealistic like when you score the goals it just doesent look realisitc or how it would happen in a real game. Undoubtedly the usual depth that FM games go into is as ever superb, alot faster than the old game too I think, easier too use I guess. I wouldn't say I was excatly blown away by it, in fact a tad disapointed which I hate to say!

Wilkesy Posted 22 October 2007 Posted 22 October 2007 Finished my first season with Leicester. Managed to scrape 6th place on the last day of the season after a 14 game unbeaten run! Lost in the play off semi finals to Wolves though - but im optimistic for next season, were going to win the league!
