Seems that Souness is now the favourite for the job and if not then Simon Grayson... I'd be happy with Grayson... he'd do a good job here I think! :D

Worthington seems to be getting tipped on some website - probably because he was at saturdays game.

Anyone heard any rumours, a perverse choice and would make MM look even dafter than he already does?

If he can be tempted away, Gary Johnson is the best choice, no doubt about it.

Gary Johnson is a brilliant manager but would he leave Bristol City???? :S

Other- Paul Ince

Great motivator - Just Like Roy Keane. Also, because he has played for England would the players look upto him as a role model. Could see him being hard and firm on the players.

Nice Choice?????

Ince not ready yet for the big step up.

To answer your question to MM he's a very good manager yes at non league level anyway. Managed to make Buckingham good somehow.

Graham Taylor talks a lot of sense on Radio Five Live. The problem now would be putting into action. I think that was always the guy's problem, especially when mis-managing England. I really like the bloke but his dancing days are over. Sadly.

Taylor is actually a very intelligent bloke. Met him at a grassroots show, knows his football but has a bad reputation since England.

To be honest, I would be suprised to ever see him back on the touch line, he has had his day and seems happy to stick to being a pundit.

The dignity of those boys always get me

It's the contrast with everyone else in the ground, on and off the pitch.

BELLEND EXCLUSIVE:

I've been down the Walkers today and there is absolutely NOTHING happening there. Apart from a fascinating Friends Provident investment seminar, of course

I saw a bloke who looked a bit like Martin Jol in Morrissons today buying scratchcards. Would someone please phone round the outside caterers to see if there has been any movement on sandwich preparation for the Walkers. My understanding is that Martin is partial to cheese sandwiches and has been sighted eating cheese on occasions.

You heard it here again, first.

Anybody notice that Milan after Megson left was saying to SSN he wouldn't be going for a manager in a job as it wasn't fair to the club......... then a week later saying he would be making approaches to the chairman of football clubs so not to upset the stability......... Talk about spitting your dummy out then changing your tune.

Has Walshie got the right badges to be a championship manager?

Joe R? Peter R? Please NO.

Dowie ? Maybe....

Let's get some foreign blooded genius in, Steve and Gerry can be in charge of hospitality and morale (definately note the letter "e" on the end of moral)

We want Ian Marshall as manager and on pitch style guru. It can't be any worse than Megson. At least we'd get a laugh out of him when losing.
