Alan Sheehan or Weso's girlfriend could give the team talks - there'd have no problems getting the players attention. And Clemence could represent the team in the dugout cos it sounds like he'll be there for a while anyway.

Tell me you mean "Alan Sheehan's girlfriend". Please.

Havng watched the Championship this morning, I wouldn't mind seeing a bit of Gary Johnson football being played down the Walkers. Unfortunately I feel the only way this will happen is Bristol at home!

I'd love Holloway, only because he's hilarious.

I now live not far from Plymouth and Ive got fook all else to do on a Saturday afternoon I go and watch the mighty Arrrrrrgyle (tried to buy a season ticket in the away end!) and will them to lose, but Ile tell you what, Olly's got those bunch of misfits playing some (gulp), rather tidy footie.

I reckon he could do a good job for us but as somebody stated yesterday, we got him his 6 month stint in the garden so he would probably tell us to fook right off, also his misses is from Saltash and he keeps his horses down the lane from me, so it would be a long way for him to come down and muck them out! :D

Ollie would indeed be a class act. I love this classic quote:

I reckon strickly come dancing is the best we can hope for these days, let's employ Arlene Phillips to choreograph some half time entertainment - a 2007 version of Hot Gossip :yesyes:

Was it just me - I sat there at half time on Saturday, watching four lads try to chip a ball into a roofless Wickes shed, all in the name of entertainmnet, thinking, why I am doing this? This is a surreal experience.

Lets get City stars from yesteryear to dance with Vicky Vixen at half time, with a vote taking place at the end of the season.....

No, it wasn't just you, it did really happen, although you could be forgiven for thinking it was a malarial dream. You neglected to mention the presence of a fox in a labcoat, naturally called 'Doctor Fox'.

Going back to topic, I'm going to the Walkers in an hour suited and booted for a seminar. I'm going to totally pretend to be a managerial candidate and try to get my photograph taken and cause all manner of confusion. Wouldn't it be funny if I actually got the job? It would be as much of a cock up as if Steve Walsh got it

How remiss of me, how could I forget. The bizarre nature of the moment was emphasised by the dear lady who sits behind me, who has quite clearly supported City for many decades, asking 'where's the Birch' every few seconds. She was becoming most agitated as dear Birch kept circling the shed.

Priceless!

The bloke next to me described it as 'the worst half time entertainment ever' and I find it hard to disagree. That's quite an achievement after all these years

We get to wave at some war veterans in a couple of weeks. I always enjoy that

Anybody see MM's cheeky thumbs up when the crowd were chanting, 'Gary Megson, what a w*nker, what a w*nker....'

Lovely stuff....
