Manwell Pablo Posted 26 October 2007 Posted 26 October 2007 http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11688_2825353,00.html Top manager, dunno whether he's going to do it in England and I know QPR have their Italian connections but still, a positive move for QPR, much more positive than appointing a ginger defense master.

I have to agree, pedigree is pedigree, wherever in the world, although would we able to attract someone of such calibre without giving money to spend???

Simi Posted 26 October 2007 Posted 26 October 2007 I thought Paulo was making a comeback. That's exactly what I thought.
General Smuts Posted 26 October 2007 Posted 26 October 2007 come back? He's not retired yet! Wheres he at now? Italy i presume.
Manwell Pablo Posted 26 October 2007 Author Posted 26 October 2007 Wheres he at now? Italy i presume. Cisco Roma. Italian Serie C2.
General Smuts Posted 26 October 2007 Posted 26 October 2007 Cisco Roma. Italian Serie C2. Better than QPR then.
Manwell Pablo Posted 26 October 2007 Author Posted 26 October 2007 Better than QPR then. Yes, although we did draw with them, at home, so slagging them off probabley isn't the best idea.
General Smuts Posted 26 October 2007 Posted 26 October 2007 Yes, although we did draw with them, at home, so slagging them off probabley isn't the best idea. The goalkeeper of my 5-a-side team is a ranger. I slag them off because i care.

Good news for us all! It will take him some time to adjust to the country and the language (if appointed as manager), this will put QPR behind. Bad move I would say from Briatore and co.
Ultra Posted 26 October 2007 Posted 26 October 2007 As Milan Mandaric knows to his cost, and we found out with Craig Levein, success in other leagues does not always guarantee a repetition in England. It's a brave move by QPR. Can't say I'm gutted about missing out on him though..

Yeh, the fact he had ginger hair played a major role in his management.
filbertway Posted 26 October 2007 Posted 26 October 2007 Yeh, the fact he had ginger hair played a major role in his management. Why are you so defensive of carrot tops? PS I assume you are one? Or just a funny guy (not sarcastic)
