Uncle Albert Posted 18 December 2009 Posted 18 December 2009 I'm planning on having a stonking hangover Sunday, massive nights tonight and tomorrow.
Fosse Boy Posted 18 December 2009 Posted 18 December 2009 I'd love a hangover. Feel like death without one right now. It's gonna be strange to wake up without one tomorrow. If you wanted to borrow any of mine from the last four mornings, you'd only to ask...
samlcfc Posted 19 December 2009 Posted 19 December 2009 Just had to put in a four hour shift at work 9-1 after beingin a reeeeeeeeeediculous state last night. Just going to lie here all day now and recover
Simi Posted 19 December 2009 Posted 19 December 2009 I'll be around tomorrow morning for a dabble in here.

Matt Posted 20 December 2009 Posted 20 December 2009 Ouch, Christmas Party was last night. I've got one of thoise hangovers that you're still pissed but feeling terrible.
Tommeh Posted 20 December 2009 Posted 20 December 2009 I feel like Ramon Vega. Jesus Christ. Bed please.
Samilktray Posted 20 December 2009 Posted 20 December 2009 Hangover and lost money. Not a good combination.
Guest Posted 20 December 2009 Posted 20 December 2009 Ouch, Christmas Party was last night.I've got one of thoise hangovers that you're still pissed but feeling terrible. Running sorts those buggers out. If you go for a suitably long run, you end up sober and headache free!
Matt Posted 20 December 2009 Posted 20 December 2009 Running sorts those buggers out. If you go for a suitably long run, you end up sober and headache free! Really? I think i'd end up falling over or being sick...Probably both.
Guest Posted 20 December 2009 Posted 20 December 2009 Really? I think i'd end up falling over or being sick...Probably both. Obviously if you're feeling really nauseous then you skip running, and stick to water and naps. If you're on the cusp, as I put it, and don't feel sick yet, it works. Don't push yourself, just keep it steady, and you end up working any remaining alcohol and toxins out of your system. I actually find that I can run better in that state, quite bizarrely!!

Guest Posted 20 December 2009 Posted 20 December 2009 Im sure it keeps you warm though! The running, or the booze?

That's the best time to do it as within the first 500m you end up chuck up any trace of the night before and you feel 100 times better......as long as you smashed down plenty of water afterwards.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 21 December 2009 Posted 21 December 2009 I've been violently sick this morning. If I concentrate I can type ok.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 21 December 2009 Posted 21 December 2009 Whats good for not feeling like you're going to vomit every time you open your mouth?
AoWW Posted 21 December 2009 Posted 21 December 2009 Whats good for not feeling like you're going to vomit every time you open your mouth? Sellotape? Seriously, get some Berocca down you.
AoWW Posted 21 December 2009 Posted 21 December 2009 What's Berroca? Fantastic stuff. But, seeing as you've never heard of it - and presumably haven't any in the house - and I'm guessing you're not about to dash out and get some, OJ and toast may have to suffice.
Houdini Logic Posted 21 December 2009 Posted 21 December 2009 It's probably been said on here numerous times but drinking a large amount of water before you go bed completely stops a hangover. The only times I have ever had a hangover are when I've been too drunk to remember/capable to drink water.
