Head Honcho Posted 12 December 2007 Posted 12 December 2007 I wanted to go to the Far East, but was overwhelmed with the choices; Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan. In the end, I thought Phuket. Seoul is an absolute must if you go anywhere near that region. The city is like one big theme park. ........................cheap booze too

Monk Posted 13 December 2007 Posted 13 December 2007 Morning, I reckon you should fly to San Jose, Costa Rica (450 quid) go to Manuel Antonio National Park, stay in cheap accommodation, sit on the awesome beach go see some wildlife. Get smashed in San Jose on the way back. Definitely reccommend it. Wouldn't bother with Singapore...

Master Fox Posted 13 December 2007 Posted 13 December 2007 Thanks for the advice folks. Can anyone recommend a top notch place to stay out there? Looking to go all inclusive as I reckon it's going to be a really lazy holiday. Don't go all inclusive, it's so cheap to eat out there. For two of you to eat out it would cost about £15 at really decent restaurant with loads drinks included. If you compromise that you’ll be able to upgrade to a better hotel.
