Sooper Steve's shin Posted 3 January 2008 Posted 3 January 2008 Back in the old days, we used to have all sorts of rumours about players seen leaving the stadium, the training ground or nearby hotels. These days, everyone seems to rely on the Internet or Sky so we don't hear about these things until they're on the BBC, Sky Sports News etc. I like the buzz of a confirmed sighting - Mark Hughes was once almost definitely seen in the Filbert Street car park in his playing days, which led to fever pitch on the old email mailing list we had in the days before message boards. I reckon all you students out there still loafing about on your Christmas holidays and any other folks without the excuse of a job should get down to Filbert Way and keep us updated. Take a laptop with you (or text a mate with a computer) and maybe we'll get a scoop on FoxesTalk again. Feel free to use this thread to sort out your shifts so we always have a "lookout" (at least until the transfer window closes). If I get some holiday in the summer I might try and put in some time myself, but afraid I can't help out this month.

MikeyT Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 Perhaps we could ask Carl Cort he has nothing to do at the minute. , perhaps Carl Cort and 3 others, maybe Newton, Nielsen and Maybury, that way all corners of the ground are pretty much covered in case of a sneaky getaway. That will give them all something to do!
