I quite liked them on record until I saw them live and was thoroughly disappointed. Fair play, though, I saw them at the same gig as the Polyphonic Spree. It's pretty hard for ANYONE to compete with that. (For the record, The Datsuns did, and were BLINDING.)
MC Prussian Posted 14 January 2008 Posted 14 January 2008 I've got all three albums and went to the Zurich concert last November, when "Blonde Redhead" opened for them. And that event rocked big time! Didn't know much about their music (apart from "Evil" which had heavy MTV rotation when "Antics" came out). I don't like all of their material, some songs are a bit too slow and boring for my taste, but they're a quality band, nevertheless. I recommend: "Say Hello To The Angels" "Stella Was A Diver And She Was Always Down" "Evil" "Slow Hands" "C'mere" "No I In Threesome" "Heinrich Maneuver" "Rest My Chemistry"

I disagree i think the last album is the best, they are all amazing albums tho. I saw them at Reading 07 last summer and i thought they were really amazing, so atmospheric.
