Thanks.

So Ollie believes in the kid, and want him to gain experience in league one? Someone mentioned 3 year contract...??

Yeah Ollie said he'd just signed a new 3 year contract

In my honest opinion Fryatt has more technical ability with the ball at his feet than Hayles by a country mile. And to be honest I'd rather see a 21-year old (I think) given a chance ahead of a 35 year-old, it will benefit his career more and benefit LCFC too in the future. I'm not being ageist I just think that out of two similar players I'd rather see the younger one play.

 Exactly what I've been wanting to say. Perhaps not for Fryatt but Hayles is sh1t. Though if I was to say it some Kn0b would come on here and start ranting at me saying how can you say that about Hayles, he's scored 2 goals blah du fuc*in blah.

It says a lot about Fryatt though doesn't it when he is behind a 35 year old in the pecking order.

I seriously believe that Fryatt needs to be sent on loan and not sold. He needs to get some confidence and get playing.

Have I said the manager is right all the time? No I haven't so stop doing your usual trick and saying things that people haven't said. IT TAKES TIME TO SORT OUT!!!! Whether it's Holloway, Wenger, Ferguson anyone managing this club.... it takes longer than 6 weeks and i'll repeat it until i'm blue in the face.

I can call the complete retards on here or on the radio if I want to, because quite frankly they deserve it!!!

Six????? is that a typing error

What a load of bollocks.

Hayles has offered this team a suitable amount since he's been here. He works hard (something Hume is idolised purely for this season) and he's weighed in with two goals in four appearances, hardly shabby in a side that scores as few amount of goals as us.

He battles superbly for us and wins more than his fair share of tackles. You can hardly argue with what he's done for us so far, and it's certainly much more than Fryatt (God) could manage.

I rung up and the Man didn't show me no respect. Trying to make everyone laugh all the time. Got abit touchy though didn't he ? Just joking Ollie.

I bet you're the one that goes 'y'mean' aren't you?

To many players came into the squad in the summer not good enough. This has had a knock on effect to transfer activity in January. Suppose he was talking about the likes of Neilson, Kishishev, Cort, Newton, Kaebi, Hayes, Hellings - good work MA.

He also said he thinks Kish would be good in a 3 man CM in a 4-3-3 but would struggle in his version of 4-4-2

I'm fed up with the amount of negativity from Ian Holloway. It's been ten weeks now and it's about time he took on some responsibility. The man could be a politician with the way he turns things around and uses the players/the pitch/the weather/the transfer window/the ref/the FA as a scapegoat

Ollie - you talk about bringing positivity to the club but all you do is moan about the players you have inherited! How is that going to lift spirits? Can someone please post him a DVD of the Watford game to show him it is not new players we need - just someone who can lead them and manage them!

And stop talking about players having pride in their shirt when you're loaning out and dropping all our young players and replacing them with 'experienced' players who will need replaced next year and couldn't give a sh*t about leicester, only making a bit of money before their careers are over.

It's simple:

Don't loan out Mattock - he's one of the few players we have who isn't scared to run at players so get him further foward again

Get Hume and Fryatt up front - the pair are technical and have some pace - they don't just wait for a ball to fall out of the air like all these target men that get brought in (how many have i seen these over-rated 6'5'' strikers come and go - stick with the tried and tested method) - even under Megson's shocking tactics and dreadful playing Hume and Fryatt were scoring goals so get them back up there!

Keep these young Hungarian wingers on the wing

And finally, get your ****ing wallet out and get Fulop. The lad is only 24 and rivals most Premiership keepers - If you get him on a long contract i guarantee you will make at least £3M if you were to sell him at the end of his contract.

You say it will take time to get this club working - but by the time it is most of these players you have brought it will be at the end of their career.

The future is in the youth - the players who actually care about this club.

For me that says more about Ollie sticking to what he knows, ala Craig Levein and Mark de Vries. Chosen men syndrome again.

I'd rather him stay here and play but if he is promised a start elsewhere then he must go on loan.

As a Chartered Accountant I will let that one go over my head.

Are you going to give me some productive views on what i wrote then Mr Mensa?

Or are you going to keep proving yourself right with throw away comments?

And with those words, your opinion is invalidated.

As for Fryatt v Hayles. The stats do not lie chaps. Hayles has been, and still is, a better football player than Fryatt. End of.

And dandaniel or whatever, as for saying two lucky goals..... pathetic, absolutley pathetic.

Those 2 goals, lucky or whatever, is the same amount as Fryatt all season. From someone who is a worse player. The stats dont lie, there i've said it again.

Howard is the same. People went on about service - well Howard and Hayles have had practically the same service and scored the same amount of goals as Fryatt has in a half season, in 4 or 5 games.

You say you are not fooled by Hayles 'lucky' goals... well it seems you are fooled by Fryatts one twist and turn a game (only to give the ball back 30 seconds later).

RANT OVER.

They were both terribly lucky, are you blind? Don't mean to be rude but you seem happy to dish it out.

Does it matter if they were lucky really?

At the end of the day Barry Hayles is a forward and he's scored a goal in every two games for us so far. It doesn't matter how they went in, the fact is they did. He's getting in the right positions and scoring. Not really sure what more he can do :dunno:

Firstly, no i'm not blind.

The point is, so what if they were lucky. I never said they werent. He has put himself in the positions to get lucky, in about a fifth of the time that Fryatt has had. Took them.

And got the same end result = 2 goals.

I never understand people who say goals are lucky. Probably never will. And quite frankly, dont want to.

It doesn't matter if they're lucky, but he can't deny that they were.

But yeah, I dont give a toss if they're lucky. I guess we've had plenty of lucky goals go against us in the past.

''And with those words, your opinion is invalidated'' - Is anybody going offer their opinion or just keep banding around nonsense?

Howard is 31 and Hayles is 35...can you not see the problem developing in that?

Maybe it's just me, but when you have young homegrown talent it winds me up when we drop them in place for has beens who don't give a monkeys about this club.

If it wasn't for taking some chances on our youth then Kisnorbo would have been gone long ago - everybody seems to be overlooking that fact!

in fryatts defence, he has not played in a side with 'real midfielders' as hayles mostly has...

personally, i think the best combo is howard and hume, people seem very quick to forget that hume scored 4 in 5 games, in december, so before oakley, before wingers... yet for some reason a lot of people are writing him off... craziness

There's a clear reason we don't have youth players up front. The ones we have obviously aren't good enough yet.

It's all good and well building for the future, but we need results now and we're still in a relegation scrap unfortunately. Hayles and Howard should provide invaluable experience at times like these.
