Matt Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 Ollie will be in the studio as a guest on Monday. I see a small percentage of people slagging Ollie off, Just wondering if you'll be phoning in on Monday to state your case.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 Ollie will be in the studio as a guest on Monday.I see a small majority slagging Ollie off, Just wondering if you'll be phoning in on Monday to state your case. And whats the best that can happen ? Oh yes i agree that winger has been poor and needs time to adapt and we are unbeaten at home this year ... We are buliding towards the future ...
WetFlannel Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 And whats the best that can happen ? Oh yes i agree that winger has been poor and needs time to adapt and we are unbeaten at home this year ... We are buliding towards the future ... Now its just getting silly...
Lillehamring Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 Ollie will be in the studio as a guest on Monday.I see a small percentage of people slagging Ollie off, Just wondering if you'll be phoning in on Monday to state your case. i assume you are referring to the 'square pegs' thread, seeing as you made them same point there... no one is slagging IH of, people are concerned, and rightly so, the whole point of this forum is to raise debate over things that bother us, to share our thoughts. personally, id love it if someone were to ask IH why we finished with such an unbalanced side, not because i hate him, but because i am interested and it seems contradictory. i have concerns, but equally i believe IH is the man for the job, assuming he can pick up enough results in the short term to keep his job.
C-man Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 I think they might have to filter the calls somewhat more on Monday.
CKB Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 personally, id love it if someone were to ask IH why we finished with such an unbalanced side, not because i hate him, but because i am interested and it seems contradictory. It wasn't majorly unbalanced as seen in the past tho? or was i so stoned i didn't realize?
xxinxsxx Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 I hope sum 1 tells him how it really is from our side of the fence. but i bet they wont let that happen.I will tell him how i feel when i next c him and the lads 2. just about had enough
WetFlannel Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 The situation at the moment is we do have a quite decent side, and we DO look fairly balanced. Ollies made some good signings and weve shown how we can compete in previous games. Our first 11 is good, but we just need a run to form like just afer the coventry game. Im adamant we will be fine, as its only 1 games lost out of a run without losing in a while. I can see a few more teams finishing below us come the end of the season.
xxinxsxx Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 i hope sum 1 tell ollie and the lads to have a look on here and our offial site message boards .
MrBojangles Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 i hope sum 1 tell ollie and the lads to have a look on here and our offial site message boards . Then they can truly see how fickle some of the more fair weather fans are. I hope if Olly does see this site he pays very little attention to some of what is said on it. And I don't mean the majority of posters here who are entertaining at least. I'll be listening in tomorrow, but the last thing Holloway needs is aggro from us

Leicester Lass Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 Then they can truly see how fickle some of the more fair weather fans are. I hope if Olly does see this site he pays very little attention to some of what is said on it. And I don't mean the majority of posters here who are entertaining at least.I'll be listening in tomorrow, but the last thing Holloway needs is aggro from us But at the same time, he's not stupid and he knows that at the minute we're not good enough. Simple as that. Fans are bound to get impatient, there's no way anybody deserves to sit through what we had to yesterday. What it needs is somebody who can criticise constructively to ring in tomorrow, and tell a few home truths. Enough of the protection of Ollie, he's been in the job 10 weeks now (?) including a whole transfer window so has had plenty of time and support to try and get things sorted.
Bluemoon Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 My concern is, outside of Howard, things do not look any more promising than before the window. I would love the chance for Holloway to honestly explain on the radio if he thinks he's solved the issue of "bad spirit" within the team now many players have been asked to leave. I have my doubts somehow.
JakeShingler Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 no way is it ollies fault i think we are a cursed club Leicester + managers = Bad luck
Benji Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 Someone who gets through, ask about Gradel and Holloway's thoughts on him Apparently he 'ran rings around forest'
Mark Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 Someone who gets through, ask about Gradel and Holloway's thoughts on himApparently he 'ran rings around forest' I'm going to text in every 2 minutes until it gets read out to him, it's a disgrace that his name hasn't even been mentioned even when he returned from his loan spell.
Benji Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 I'm going to text in every 2 minutes until it gets read out to him, it's a disgrace that his name hasn't even been mentioned even when he returned from his loan spell. Just sent a message through bbc radio saying that i can't listen to the show as have a lecture til 7 but asked if he could ask about him. We'll see...
reynard Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 Maybe Thracian will phone in to express his desire for all out attack!
Ric Flair Posted 4 February 2008 Posted 4 February 2008   I can't wait to hear Barber try and pronounce Gradel's name, I bet he's never even heard of him.
Koke Posted 4 February 2008 Posted 4 February 2008 So its less than 20 minutes away. Is anyone gonna bother ringing or emailing them? If so, ask Ollie about his thoughts on Gradel.
Mark Posted 4 February 2008 Posted 4 February 2008 Whats the e-mail address? [email protected] I've emailed them about Max, but the more people asking the same question and maybe it'll finally be asked?
