I was just saying I hope this is a wake up call to Stearman, I hope Stearman realises he could probably walk into this England U21's team if he used and showed his potential, because when Stearman's good he's very good, he just doesn't show it very often.

"If you're old enough you're good enough" But if you're not good enough it's because you're too young I don't care when people mention his age, if he's not good enough at this moment then that's it. End of. Doesn't matter how good he may become it's how good he is and how well he plays atm. And I feel that he is a liability at the back at this moment in time. I believe he will become good in the future but I still don't think it's right he plays for us atm as he isn't good enough. If you get me

Matt Posted 5 February 2008 Posted 5 February 2008 3-0 Walcott. This is abit harsh for RoI, If you just looked at the result you'd imagine RoI had played fairly poor but RoI have played fairly well.
