David O'Leary Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Fans respect silence for Munich A clock at Old Trafford shows the time of the crash on 6 Feb 1958 The minute's silence to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Munich air crash ahead of Sunday's Manchester derby was observed immaculately. There had been fears that some Manchester City fans would disrupt the silence ahead of their game against local rivals Manchester United. But both sets of fans stood for the full minute without any interruption. United and City supporters held up old-fashioned scarves that had been handed out before the game. Very well done to all the City fans
lildave3 Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 1-0 to City, Vassell. I'm still not sure who I want to win this one.
Phube Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 1-0 to City, Vassell.I'm still not sure who I want to win this one. I'm with you... I prefer City to United.. just... maybe. But if ManU lose Arsénal can get further ahead!!
LeeCovFox Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 1-0 to City, Vassell.I'm still not sure who I want to win this one. I just want to see a good game to be honest. And for Chelsea to win later, and Arsenal to win tomorrow. I would love to see a genuine three horse title race. And also, if Chelsea win, it increases the likelihood of a new face in the top 4.

lildave3 Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 I'm with you... I prefer City to United.. just... maybe. But if ManU lose Arsénal can get further ahead!! We really are in the same boat. I just want to see a good game to be honest. And for Chelsea to win later, and Arsenal to win tomorrow. I would love to see a genuine three horse title race. And also, if Chelsea win, it increases the likelihood of a new face in the top 4. Surely you'd want Arsenal to lose to drag Chelsea closer in if you want a 3 horse race?
LeeCovFox Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 We really are in the same boat.Surely you'd want Arsenal to lose to drag Chelsea closer in if you want a 3 horse race? At the risk of upsetting Phube further, I'd like Arsenal to win the race. Besides I think Arsenal will lose at Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge.
Phube Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 2-0 !! Perhaps they've been made to wear the boots from 1958 as well as the shirts!!?
LeeCovFox Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 2-0 It would appear the Sopcast is rather behind
Simi Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 BEJANNIII WOAAH BENJANII WOAHH HE COMES FROM ZIMBABWE HE'S GONNA SCORE TODAY
Durnerz Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Benjani :w00t: :w00t: That man is a genius. Not to mention the celebration, love it
Mark Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Not many teams been 2-0 up at Man Utd since that time we were?
LeeCovFox Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Poor David Pleat has gone senile hasn't he? I've seen the signs for years, but he has finally gone. He thinks City have a keeper called Jasper Schmeichel. Not many teams been 2-0 up at Man Utd since that time we were? Please don't remind me of the times when we used to play good sides regularly. Its hurtful for me.
LeeCovFox Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Ah. Chinese match analysis. Brilliant. Any one know Mandarin?
WetFlannel Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Ah. Chinese match analysis. Brilliant. Any one know Mandarin? Soon it will be chinese commentary on a regular basis.

purpleronnie Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 I can't benjani has scored I had dropped him from my Fantasy team after the farce of his transfer, didn't want to lose points transfering him back, I also had van der sar in instead of james. I think I'm cursed. I guarentee if I do bring benjani back in he'll not score and kitson (his replacement) will.
