Brainy Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Not many teams been 2-0 up at Man Utd since that time we were? correct. Keys just confirmed it.
Simi Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Not many teams been 2-0 up at Man Utd since that time we were? Bang on Mark. That was the last time.
Leicester Lass Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Not many teams been 2-0 up at Man Utd since that time we were? They've just said that was the last time August '98.
Phube Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Not many teams been 2-0 up at Man Utd since that time we were? Isn't that the Beckham equalizer on the 175th minute??
Mark Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Isn't that the Beckham equalizer on the 175th minute?? Yeah, Peggy in goal.
LeeCovFox Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Whats behind your dislike of Arsenal out of interest Phube? I have a mate who hates them because of Wenger's selective blindness, but hes a Coventry fan so I don't listen.
WetFlannel Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Whats behind your dislike of Arsenal out of interest Phube? I have a mate who hates them because of Wenger's selective blindness, but hes a Coventry fan so I don't listen. No english players...
LeeCovFox Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 No english players... Ah. But I'm sure thats because English players are too crap to play the style of football favoured by Wenger?
WetFlannel Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Ah. But I'm sure thats because English players are too crap to play the style of football favoured by Wenger? He got rid of Pennant and Bentley... They're both cracking players.
Phube Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Whats behind your dislike of Arsenal out of interest Phube? I have a mate who hates them because of Wenger's selective blindness, but hes a Coventry fan so I don't listen. Too much to mention. But Whinger himself is the main one, his selective blindness certainly, his inability to pick British, let alone English players. The fans. The way the media seem to fawn all over them. The way David Dein seems to be 'in' with the FA and with Arsénal. The way they cheat. Etc...
Bryn Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 He got rid of Pennant and Bentley... They're both cracking players. Inferior to most of Arsenal's players.
LeeCovFox Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 He got rid of Pennant and Bentley... They're both cracking players. Yeah thats true. I like Wenger, although you're correct in questioning his attitude to English players. Although both of those mentioned do have questionable attitudes. Was just playing devil's advocate.
Phube Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Leicester ALL over again?? 97th minute here we come!
Phube Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Who/when do Arsenal play? Monday Blackburn... COME ON BLACKBURN!!!
LeeCovFox Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Who/when do Arsenal play? Tomorrow night, Blackburn. At Highbury. Well they don't, its at the Emirates. But still.
lildave3 Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Monday Blackburn... COME ON BLACKBURN!!! They really need to win.
LeeCovFox Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 I'm sure one of the Chinese analysts just said "nigger". Which isn't very nice is it? Racialists.
Ashley Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 I've just seen the video on BBC Sport website of the leading up to the minutes silence. Well played Manchester United, City fans.
Ultra Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 They've just said that was the last time August '98. Actually not quite true. Chelsea won 3-0 there in December 01. Credit to City for showing class today both on and off the pitch. They were unrecognisable from the side which was so poor at Sheffield and Derby last month.. Meanwhile United showed once again how weak they are without Rooney. If the gooners see Blackburn off tomorrow, it looks like they have one hand on the title.
MC Prussian Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Well done, ManCity. Also great to see Fernandes, Benjani and Caicedo playing in City dresses.
Leicester Lass Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Actually not quite true. Chelsea won 3-0 there in December 01. So they did, mistake by SkySports. Tut tut.
