Girls lieks me and asked me out last night, she not exactly hot, but she is an amzing person. i always used to say "looks count for nothing its the personality that counts" but now im faced with situation im so confused. She has said that if i say no shel have to lock me out ehr life in order to get over me. it feels like a complete flip reverse of the situation i was in last month so i know how shes feeling right now. im really not sure im ready to just try and forget my feelings for Becki even thow becki now has a BF. She feels like she has to lock me out in order to mvoe on. I really dont want to lsoe her as a mate.

Tbh mate, it doesn't matter about whether you're respected by FTers or not, most of us have been in similar situations and we can relate to it. You've got my respect anyway, you bought me to Travian The fact that this girl likes you counts for something, it obviously shows your not a 'pointless, boring idiot' which I think you said in the 'Describe Youself in 3 words' thread, I may be wrong. Can't be arsed to find it. Everyone has one girl that they look at and dream on being with, and sometimes you have to move on. Obviously there's no quick way of doing this, but eventually you do. Think how hard you found/are finding getting over Becki, and that's probably just how this other girl is feeling about you. She may say she would have to lock you out in order to move on, but most likely she can't do that, and would rather be friends than lock you out. With my girlfriend, at one point it seemed like she was going to dump me, and subsequently I told her that I couldn't be mates with her and would have to shut her out of my life. In a way, she was in your situation now, and I can never really be sure that she loves me, or that she just doesn't want to lose me as a mate. If you agree to out with this girl who likes you, would it just be to keep her as a mate, you wouldn't actually see the relationship as something you want? In which case, you've just got to say no and hope that eventually you make up and become friends again. Im talking to her now telling her how i feel about all this. Im not ready to go into a relationship right now, i still have feelings for Becki and it just wouldnt be fair for me thinking about Becki all the time im with this Girl. So much of me wants to say yes though itl make me happy (maybe) and her happy. but i just dnt want to risk it. Iv been hurt alot latly, and i have alot of other stuff on my mind. im just not sure i want to put my heart on my sleeve again just yet. However i feel really preassured. Her and Becki actually are the only two people i can tell anything too. and atm its looks like im set to lose both of them.

I didn't want to lose a girl as a mate and ended up getting into a relationship with her as she 'threatened' me with the exact same thing, didn't work as it started off for the wrong reasons and it ended up in a lot of arguments and 2 wasted years in a relationship that was never gonna work.

Sure, it is ok to take advice but you are the one who knows how you are feeling so there for make your own choices. I'm not going to sit her and slate you, because you have asked something, when somebody asks something i like to give them a honest opinion. But in reality mate, you have got to get your life back on track and starting enjoying it a little more, i know life as a leicester fan is hard, but you are putting yourself deeper in the mire with this situation.... To the rest of you tbh i couldnt give a flying fook what you think of me. I have come on here before and received some bloddy good advice that has got me out of some shit situations. I respect the people here and the advice they give. im truly grateful to those who have posted useful advice. Cheers PJ p.s. Anyone got anymore to say on the matter its still a mighty big mess.

Anyone got anymore to say on the matter its still a mighty big mess. mate, anyone that gives you an ultimatum cant really care about you, obviously this realtionship is based and starts off with friendship and she is a good friend to you but if shes saying if you say no then thats it then there never was any friendship or understanding for that matter! but what do i know...... im 16 ahahahhaahah! just do what you feel is right, whatever the outcome YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT YOU HAVE AT LEAST CONSIDERED AND TRIED TO MAKE EVERYBODY HAPPY IN THE MATTER. if you explain that to her she should understand!
