FilboFox Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 Thats because they only sing at big games and big teams. Derby are a bunch of nobodys PLUS, Liverpool had nothing really to motivate their team for... wasn't it 6-0?
Tilley Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 Apologies if already posted elsewhere: Ultra beat you to it Joe, in the Champions League thread.
Joe. Posted 22 May 2008 Author Posted 22 May 2008 Ultra beat you to it Joe, in the Champions League thread. Dammit Ultra, I knew somebody would. Ah well, it takes a nice place in this thread.
Ultra Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 And it now also takes pride of place in the jokes thread on General Chat! I've also had two emails today with it in..
Matt Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 I wrote this in the Champions League thread but I enjoyed today so much i'll post it again! Today was brilliant. Today a season filled of me getting wound up, biting, almost smacking people/the Chelsea fan, feeling depressed week after week because of him taking the piss out of me and Leicester was released...I got him wound up, I got him biting, He was close to smacking me, and he felt depressed with hardly any comeback! Was awesome. His only comeback was "I'd rather lose in a final than play in Division 1", "I'd rather support a team than wins most of the time than one that's shit"...I just replied with "Yeah but I know we're shit you know we're shit, but what's the point in getting to all these finals, when your going to lose and win F.A" ....Carling Cup - You lost it...And you only just managed to struggle past us. ....Premiership - You took to the last day of the season, Wow, You still fuked it even if it was in Man Utd's hand you had no chance anyway because you drew which wasn't good enough. ....Champions League - Fuked it. Sent him a picture of John Terry crying with the message "There's only one John Terry, One John Terry, Walking along, Singing a song, Watching Terry miss a penalty". The Man Utd fan I know phoned him up pissed in the early hours of the morning. I put a United flag, shirt and poster up, I wrote alot of messages on Masking tape and stuck them all over his area and work. I was shouting at him, Chanting, slagging Chelsea of, Chants of Champions. I even made him a cardboard Champions League trophy...That made him proper throw his toys out the pram, So much so he made me a Johnstone's Paint Trophy - I was quite happy and grateful to recieve that, more than I can say for him accepting my Champions League one I made. He just said "Ahhhh got two teams have ya? Leicester and Man Utd"...I just said "Well hang on you have a Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Man Utd shirt" (And that is no lie) I hate to say and Leicester will always be my number one but this Chelsea fan and rivalry is actually turning me into a Man Utd fan, or certainly making me have a big interest in United. As I said Leicester will always be my number one, I'll always go and watch Leicester, and never turn my back on them, but out of the big 4.... Today was brilliant, I had a taste of his world today, and he certainly had a taste of how I have felt all season - He's had one day of it, I think if I kept it up for a week he'd be on the verge of hanging himself, I hope he remember this and bears it in mind when he wants to take the piss out of someone and their team i future. I might go easy on him tomorrow... ... NAH!

Matt Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 You're actually quite sad!!! Well imagine it for a whole season...How sad is he?!
escape2victory Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 football prevailed against money last night. happy days
Ultra Posted 23 May 2008 Posted 23 May 2008 football prevailed against money last night. happy days Hardly. United aren't exactly a charity themselves.
Matt Posted 23 May 2008 Posted 23 May 2008 Maybe I am sad, harsh, over the top, and i'm sure every single Leicester City fan has had there fair share of ignorant twats, glory hunting wankers, taking the piss and wind up merchants and maybe i'm just bitter or get wound up easy but this Chelsea fan really has got me this year and this one game Chelsea have lost is pay back. Today all I had to do was smile at him, that is it literallly simle and it got him biting straight away! As I said yesterday I hope next time he plans on winding someone up he remembers this, TBH i'm probably building it up for even more hell if/should/when Leicester next lose, e.t.c, but I have to take what I can get. Surprised no-one had posted these yet. Frank Lampard and Joe Cole were allegedly spotted out in Red Square last night, having clearly had one or two drinks. They were reportedly singing: "We're forever blowing Doubles." John Terry is going to start making is own brand of vodka - and like him it's bottled in Russia. After Ryan Giggs lifted the Champions League cup for a second time he had a peek inside and there was a Chocolate Orange in it. He said - "It's not Terry's, it's mine!" Samaritans are offering counselling to all Chelsea fans. Call 0800 101010 – that’s 08000 won nothing won nothing won nothing....And If that line gets too busy there is another number to call: 0800 6-5 6-5 6-5.
Koke Posted 23 May 2008 Posted 23 May 2008 Between Chelsea and MU, the latter have by far the most arrogant sets of supporters. It's not even a contest.
MC Prussian Posted 16 February 2009 Posted 16 February 2009 Roman Abramovich reports financial losses in the region of £6.3bn. No wonder they couldn't even sign a cricket with no money.
