clazkel Posted 5 March 2008 Posted 5 March 2008 Being saved for Saturday with Clemence being very doubtful. Makes sense, but i don't understand why he wasn't on the bench against Preston, i think he should be playing
Thracian Posted 6 March 2008 Posted 6 March 2008 Taggart pleased with the effort. How can you be pleased when your team fails to score in a semi-final?
Sods Posted 6 March 2008 Posted 6 March 2008 Taggart pleased with the effort. How can you be pleased when your team fails to score in a semi-final? Would be interesting to see how the two hungarians got on. Anyway I would rather win the Dallas Cup. You going to any of the games Thracian?
Thracian Posted 6 March 2008 Posted 6 March 2008 Would be interesting to see how the two hungarians got on.Anyway I would rather win the Dallas Cup. You going to any of the games Thracian? No. I did give it some thought but the practicalities weren't so hot and the cost of the jaunt would almost certainly scupper another idea which nipper has proposed and which I'm giving rather more serious thought to.
Webbo Posted 6 March 2008 Posted 6 March 2008 The reserves cup is not important, I would think that some of the youngsters didn't want to get injured and miss the trip to Dallas.
Thracian Posted 6 March 2008 Posted 6 March 2008 The reserves cup is not important, I would think that some of the youngsters didn't want to get injured and miss the trip to Dallas. Every Cup's important at a club which can't win two matches running. Winning is what a professional football club is about. Are we going to have kids growing up with the idea they'll not perform in a League match against Barnsley because there's a cup match against Villa the next week? One match at a time. Dallas has nothing to do with anything yet.
