AjcW Posted 2 January 2010 Posted 2 January 2010 My mum made some cheesecakes in little ramekins. Ive got one with a crystallised ginger biscuit base, Cream cheese n stem ginger middle and chocolate shavings on top with a wedge of ginger. I am in absolute heaven!!
