Koke Posted 13 March 2008 Posted 13 March 2008 I can just imagine us all patronising biting our nails waiting for the other results to come in. I don't have the stomach for that.
Chairman of the Bored Posted 14 April 2008 Posted 14 April 2008 Apparently Stoke are only offering us 500 tickets. We are looking for more, obviously. Clearly they don't want Leicester fans ruining their "promo paaaatry".

I'm aware the same can be said about us and Sheff Wed but at least we have the third-highest average attendance in the league.

And I believe every word they say.

I think it was the same last season - they offer a small initial allocation and you can buy on the day. They can't get away with just giving us 500.
Tilley Posted 14 April 2008 Posted 14 April 2008 I think it was the same last season - they offer a small initial allocation and you can buy on the day. Away fans usually have a whole stand. Is every other match a three o clock kick off

They can't get away with just giving us 500. 500 tickets that would be a joke. Surely they would give us at least 1000. They cant fill their ground anyway....even though they are top of the league Is every other match a three o clock kick off No 2pm every game.
Tilley Posted 14 April 2008 Posted 14 April 2008 No 2pm every game. Ok, cheers. Everyone think we will still have anything to play for come the Stoke game.
Maybes Posted 14 April 2008 Posted 14 April 2008 Ok, cheers. Everyone think we will still have anything to play for come the Stoke game. Yep. I think we will go their having to better someones results.
C-man Posted 14 April 2008 Posted 14 April 2008 500 is laughable. We could easily sell 10 times that if everything depended on the last day. Besides, surely they have to offer at least 10% of their ground which is 2,800.

There ain't gonna be one... they are not playing well enough to deserve to go up and their stadium never even gets close to full... it beggars belief that they are where they are really! West Brom and Hull are going up if things keep going as they are.
Shrenchel Posted 15 April 2008 Posted 15 April 2008 Seems this game is impossible to get to by train due to the works on the track. Are you having a laugh?!Was looking forward to this as well, ****s sake.
Uncle Albert Posted 15 April 2008 Posted 15 April 2008 Are you having a laugh?!Was looking forward to this as well, ****s sake. Looks like Tommeh will have a nice time driving to Stoke. Bless him.
Craig Posted 15 April 2008 Posted 15 April 2008 Bristol City have sold 1,750 tickets for Stoke away according to their OS... so that scraps the 500 tickets and everyone else buy on the gate theory  Edit - Their allocation is 2,800

It means I can actually get a ticket in advance without worrying about buying on the day. It's looking like Fox Travel for me. It was unreserved seating as well last year, I'm not sure whether thats changed?
sandford Posted 15 April 2008 Posted 15 April 2008 We'll look forward to sending one of the "famous 9" down.
sdb Posted 15 April 2008 Posted 15 April 2008 We'll look forward to sending one of the "famous 9" down. don't be a plonker, i want you guys to go up (even if you will get destroyed in the prem)
SamL Posted 15 April 2008 Posted 15 April 2008 We'll look forward to sending one of the "famous 9" down. I really hope you'll live to regret that comment. It'd be nice to see you go up, I don't think you'll last long though.
lavrentis Posted 15 April 2008 Posted 15 April 2008 We'll look forward to sending one of the "famous 9" down. It is absolutely amazing how many non Leicester fans we get on this forum.
SamL Posted 15 April 2008 Posted 15 April 2008 It is absolutely amazing how many non Leicester fans we get on this forum. Too many for my liking. There's not many who actually talk any of sense though.
sandford Posted 15 April 2008 Posted 15 April 2008 It is absolutely amazing how many non Leicester fans we get on this forum. Its a good forum, albeit some of the posters stuck up their own arses, but that could be said for most boards. P.s Only joking anyway i'd like to see Southampton go down .All the best.
Geo V Posted 15 April 2008 Posted 15 April 2008 Im almost glad we are playing teams who have actually got something to play for as that means they will be under pressure themselves. Playing these sides that have little to play for could be more dangerous at this stage of the season as they relax more and can grind out some surprise results and I should know because as trying to predict the results at this stage of the season is almost farcical!
