Matt Posted 22 March 2008 Posted 22 March 2008 It gets even more and more boring, Today i'm not shocked, i'm not pissed off, i'm in a fairly good mood surprisingly, all because I expected us to lose. Obviously i'm not happy we've lost or how we played but i've been saying it all week and am not really surprised about the result. Anyway I had to laugh before the match when Birch said "Players are in the tunnel, and the Players, Ollie, and Milan would like to say thank-you for the fantastic support they have had all season after such a disappointing one coming to a close, blah, blah, blah, and we all know they'll get fantastic support from all 4 parts of the ground once again." I thought fook off, aslong as their wages are being paid that's all they care about. They don't care about winning, drawing, losing or how good the support is. It gets boring hearing "We're sorry", "We're trying", "We're almost on the verge of something", "We've turned the corner" to be disappointed the next week. I'm just waiting for one of the players bullshit to be posted on the OS. I bet they've got the players names in a hat now just about to draw a players name out and then find a standard statement saved on a computer at the club, change the name to suit and put on the OS.

Would you be surprised to know that something very similar actually does happen when they have players saying things on the OS.
Daggers Posted 22 March 2008 Posted 22 March 2008 If they are clever then they'll make it Ricky this week - no one could fail to take on board a missive from the Rickster.

It's just gone up It's Henderson with the "We must all stick together" claptrap!! Guess they thought it would sound better from him since he made a penalty wondersave.
Uncle George Posted 22 March 2008 Posted 22 March 2008 Ollie and the players should cut the talk and concentrate on getting results. 'Sound bites' don't win games and, guess what, we are not thick. We know shit when we see it and today certainly was shit. Milan must be furious. Announce initial details of season tickets for next season, attract 30,000 fans and dish up crap that wouldn't keep one man and his dog watching at the park on a Sunday morning. Enough is enough. Stop the talk and earn your over inflated wages. In any other job the bloody lot of you would get the sack tonight. Prove that you are fit to ware the shirt.
CKB Posted 22 March 2008 Posted 22 March 2008 They ain't trying.. I was awaiting Jessica Alba and Megan Fox to perform hot lesbian action on eachother today before the game, to really make the 30,000 crowd go wild, but it never came! If it did many would have...
MC Prussian Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 So, delusions do actually exist... on a grand scale. Random worrying fact about Leicester City FC: Leicester City FC is shit. At the moment.

I did wonder about the cheap ticket and big crowd aspect. We pack 30,000 into the ground on an Easter weekend, lots of em young potentially long term fans and, seeing we're on the back of a presumably confidence-boosting win over WBA, Mandaric sits back and waits for a glowing advert, some tangible indication that, at long last we mean business. And what does he get? Negativity. A turgid performance on the back of an inexplicably negative approach. And if I were him I'd have been pissed off big time. Not primarily because of the result but the manner of the result. Just the same as the manner of results at Hull, Blackpool, QPR, Norwich away, Burnley away and so many more. Times our team barely has a shot. Times we fail to score at home. Why should Mandaric put up with that? .
Raj Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 I couldnt give a fcuk what any player has to say. The thick cvnts should stick to what they get paid to do...and they cant even do that properly. Dont tell the fans to 'stick together' Some of us have been coming here for years and have to pay to watch this crap, while you fcukers gat £5000+ a week for the privilgde!!! Dont you dare bore us about 'sticking together'!!! Go fcuk off!

Shouldn't you be sitting on a fence and backing the club up Raj, something along the lines of "What are they supposed to do" I'm shocked.

Simi Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 Maybe people are fed up. Obviously, but Raj is known, by me at least, as someone that will defend the club to the hilt!
Legend_in_blue Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 Some of the players are a disgrace. The only players who came out of yesterdays game with any credit were Henderson and Hayles (1st half). Even Hayles gave up in the second half. I reckon there's some sort of competition going on between Kisnorbo and Mcauley. Who can kick the ball the highest? Whoever wins gets a bonus. Say £2000. Roughly 20% of a weeks wages. Complete joke the pair of them. PASS THE BALL ON THE GROUND FFS!!!
Raj Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 Shouldn't you be sitting on a fence and backing the club up Raj, something along the lines of "What are they supposed to do" I'm shocked. I should really! But i really hav had enough now. Yday was the last straw. I was totally disgusted with the lack of fight and passion. I DO NOT want to hear a word from any of the players!!! Just train and fcuking win. Thats all i want you all to do. SIMPLE! TRain-Play-WIN...then fcuk off at the end of the season!!! Sorry for the rant...IM ANGRY!!!!.... Er....KEEP THE FAITH!!!

Sorry for the rant...IM ANGRY!!!!.... Er....KEEP THE FAITH!!! I'm glad that Raj has come out and said this because like ched said he's one of them fans who will never say a bad word about our team but it's getting impossible to defend them when they play like that.
Matt Posted 23 March 2008 Author Posted 23 March 2008 Obviously, but Raj is known, by me at least, as someone that will defend the club to the hilt! (I know i'm not raj, but a personal comment from myself) I myself will never let anyone else slag Leicester off, I'll always stick up for my club, but why lie? Why and how on earth do you stick up and have a good word to say about out players after a performance like that? A few times this season our players have made a really proud, to throw it back in our faces. How can you excuse, stick up, or defend that? Their pathetic, The thing is its not just this seasons team that have done this, its been season after season, player after player, manager after manager, so that leads to something 'inside' the club but can't really even say that because we had a new owner who changed a few thing in the club about, so no matter what we change its the same result, I can't explain it.
Raj Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 I have had to defend this club of ours to the likes of my brother in law who supports Leeds! Also to forest fans i work with. I am ashamed of it. Its not even this year, its the last 4. Weve just been a joke and it will be what we deserve if we get relegated. The Halcyon days of MoN should have been a platform to build on. It turned out to be just a dream era which will never return in a hurry. I dont expect us to win the League, win cups or even set the World on fire with our skillful football. All i ask is just play with passion and go on the pitch like you want to play and win for Leicester. If you lose, then fair enough. Shut up and train and come back fighting for the next one. If you win, dont proclaim it like the start of a new era and all will be okay, cos we know that it wont! I am fcuked off but i know deep down even if we do get relegated,no matter how much pain and bitterness i have,i'll be ther in L1 like afcuking massive twat i am,next years waytching more shite against fcuking Hartlepool!

Daggers Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 HE CAN SHOVE IT UP HIS ANUS! I with you, you big huggable twat. Let's shove it up his anus together!
Webbo Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 Even if MM puts up ticket prices? I would, unless the increase is totally ridiculous. I'd feel guilty if I didn't. I'm the classic mug punter I suppose.
Raj Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 I would, unless the increase is totally ridiculous. I'd feel guilty if I didn't. I'm the classic mug punter I suppose. I'd like to know how they could possibly justify a ticket price increase? I serioulsy would think about non renewal and just get the freebies out the paper and try and cream some frrebies whenever i can. FCUK IT.....Why not?? I want to see the players have a decrease in salaries if the want me to pay more for the privalidge(sp?) of watching that shite! Pay more to watch more shit?? Do i pay more on my electricity bill for less electricity(Probably do actually..bad example but i cant think right now!!!) Im talking bollox now...im going!!!!

Matt Posted 23 March 2008 Author Posted 23 March 2008 Even if MM puts up ticket prices? The sad thing is yes. And no doubt it'll be many people's answers, I'd love to be stubborn enough to say "That's it, My support for Leicester is finished, I'm not going to another game until something improves" but I can't. I know your question is nothing to do with things improving within the football and our team, it's to do with the pricing and still watching this shite but the answer is still the same, it'd take something huge to stop me going, something major that I didn't agree with and even then I wonder if I really would stop going. BUT I can celebrate...I'm not going next week! I'm going London instead! You watch the fukers win next week!
