I think if we go down we should focus on playing the younger players and we have plenty of players who would easily compete in League One.

Henderson, Chambers, Stearman , McAuley, Mattock, Gradel, Wesolowski, King, Porter, Hume, Campbell, Hayles, Fryatt, Kishishev, Bori, Clapham, Bell, Logan, Sappleton, Worley, Beswick.

I think we would need to try and invest in our central midfield the most as I doubt we could realistically keep Oakley, Hendrie or Clemence if we go down. We would also need to invest in our defence as I assume we would loose at least one of Stearman, Kisnorbo and Mattock if we do go down. Perhaps even McAuley as well. All four would not suprise though if we did go down.

The only striker I could see clubs fighting for is Iain Hume but we would also look to offload Steve Howard as well due to wages and maybe DJ Campbell too.

Wages will be an issue in league one and I would assume Oakley & Howard would be off. Fryatt would be fine in league one anyway.

Kisnorbo and Hume are the only ones that I reckon would be almost certain to leave if we went down, then the likes of Clemence, Oakley, Howard, McAuley, Campbell, Fryatt etc would leave if anybody came in for them. Most of our squad have been brought in recently so they are decent-sized contracts so I could see quite a few of the squad being here until January atleast.
