I like him.

We've lacked a good right winger for a long time now, and he's come in with a short space of time left of the season and showed what he can do.

He's not afraid to run at players, and he's got the pace and skill to beat them too. He's linked up with Stearman very well since he's been here and I'm sure they enjoy playing together on that right hand side.

Only problem I have with him are that he isn't the most consistent of crossers of the ball, which unfortunately is very important for a winger.

All in all I think we've found our self a good player here and I think he'll be even better next season.

Source ?

I don't have a particular internet link (someone else probably does) but as far as I'm aware what DB11 has said is correct.

Ahh right, nice one.

I just never heard about this before, that's all ;)

I like him, has lots of good attributes and is versatile. He does tend to do too much at times and his crossing isn't consistent but unfortunately you are not going to get a consistent crosser of the ball this level.

This is the kind of signing I think Ollie might do more in the summer, someone who wants to prove themselves at a higher level rather than players who have done it at this level before.

From the Merc'reh.

"New boy David Bell will become a fully-fledged Leicester City player in the summer.

The 24-year-old midfielder arrived from Luton yesterday, initially on loan until the end of the season.

[...] But a full transfer fee has already been agreed [...]"

Steady player, who with the right coaching could become a quality player at this level and possibly higher. I've liked the look of him for a few seasons now and I hope he can kick on at Leicester and not stagnate or go backwards like a lot of players we buy.

He offers us something none of the other wingers we've had here in the past few seasons, just needs to work on his crossing and decisions in and around the penalty area.

Him on one wing and Gradel on the other next season will be a pleasure to watch.

Bell end played very well.

Looks a good buy/loanee whatever.

ANd he looks like Lee Philpott!!!

Well he does with my bad eyesight anyway!!!!

Yes, we want the return of the legendary Lee Philpott :scarf: What a player (or maybe not).

Anyway, Bell has impressed me, seems very tricky, and links up well with Stearman. We should sign him.
