SamL Posted 20 April 2008 Posted 20 April 2008 I've enjoyed this season more than any other despite the poor quality of football. Nearly every game has been a good laugh and it's been great to meet some new people.
Sparky Posted 20 April 2008 Posted 20 April 2008 Saw fair few of you lot yesterday , Fez and Alexicocopops in the leisure centre , Syston fox in the concourse , Karim Benzema sat few rows behind me and had good chat with Raj in the refreshments queue , although after speaking to Raj i did have the urge to call everybody a massive twat whenever i got the chance caught glimpses of Maybes and lildave3 at some stage also

I've counted 26 people I spoke to or saw yesterday and a good 15 or so of those were where we were.

syston_fox Posted 20 April 2008 Posted 20 April 2008 I know what you mean - this season has seen arguably the worst in terms of action on the pitch but without a doubt Ive enjoyed it more than ever. No longer is an away day 100% about the football, as this season Ive found out that it is still possible to have a great day without having the three points to take home. The days at Cardiff, Blackpool, Sheff Utd and Barnsley will stay with me as the highlights and I think out of all the trips ive made this season, only Hull and Charlton have seen me coming home with nothing to remember.
