Argyle announced last night that these players can leave the club.

Paul Wotton.

Paul Connoly.

Lee Hodges

Lilian Nalis :giggle:

Nick Chadwick

Jake Moult :dunno:

Gyorgy Sandor :dunno:

Ruben Reid :dunno:

The first two players would definately be worth a look at for City,Wotton has been out for quite a while with a serious injury but has always been one of

Argyles top players, and is a solid player and free kick specialist. Connoly is a solid defender and Chadwick was tipped for the top at Everton a few seasons ago.

And we all know about the lovely Lilian. ;0) :scarf:

If they're not good enough for Plymouth why would they be ok for us, let's get players in that other teams want not their rejects.

Is it that they are not good enough or that Plymouth can not afford them as said by Olly when he left!?

That lot aren't good enough.

However they are mainstays in a team which has just missed out on playoffs, but they are not good enough for our relegation threatened side? Have I missed something?

Yes we need players that wont miss out on promotion :dunno:

The only "mainstay" in that list is Nalis (possibly Connolly as well). The rest are complete goobers. I wouldn't want Nalis back and we don't need a right-back (Connolly).

I wouldn't take any of those if I'm honest. Players very rarely have success when they go back to a previous club towards the end of their career (Lilian Nalis).

We don't really need a right back (Connolly).

The only one I'd be tempted to look at was Wotton.

Nalis was ready for the scrapheap THREE YEARS AGO.

He's done well to keep his career going, but it makes no sense whatsoever to bring him back here.
