Webbo Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 Funny how quick fans can be to get excited - and so often on the basis of one sighting.I've seen Worley play three times. He was okay at Stoke but twice in the reserves he looked decidedly shaky. I'll reserve judgement thanks. Agreed, he did ok against Stoke, nothing special. I'll wait and see.
lildave3 Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 Here we go again. Signing players over/before the new manager's head/appointment. He was signed when he first arrived.
Jack Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 I like the look of the lad, would be nice to see him a bit more often next season.

Narborough Bod Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 We could have a hybrid - Gareth McWorley Harry Mcorley-Worley, sort of like a chocolate bar that always seemed a lot bigger all those years ago.

volpeazzurro Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 Typical optimism there! He has potential and I'd rather we be signing players on the up rather than Premiership/Championship hasbeens like some clubs do when they go down. Hold on a minute, wait one, regardless of how good he may or may not be, who exactly has wanted him to sign? Hollowords, Mandaric or the new PR bloke? Surely it should be the new manager incumbant after he's seen how good he's been? From that then do we take it that the clown Holloway is staying? if so, well done brainless Leicester PR plonkers, at least we know who the manager will be next year and my family of three season tickets won't have to waste our money!

iancognito Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 this isn't a sign that IH isn't going anywhere is it? You're assuming the manager has the final decision on players...MM has probably okayed it with his big mate Dowie already. It's actually about 12 years since we last signed a Chelsea reserve and he turned out alright, old Muzzy.
davieG Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 Good research, DavieG. Thanks for that. Not really the link is in this thread http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=36929
The People's Hero Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 Harry Mcorley-Worley, sort of like a chocolate bar that always seemed a lot bigger all those years ago. That's brilliant. You should post more. What are you wearing?
