Taylor: Pld 54 Won 19 Lost 26 Drew 9 (32% win rate)

Holloway: Pld 32 Won 9 Lost 15 Drew 8 (28% win rate)

Taylor was worse overall obviously, wasting millions and destroying everything MON had achieved.

It has to be Taylor, that useless tw.t could'nt manage a pub in Alcoholics land, Holloway was just useless, Taylor was f..ing sh.t If he ever gets a job in football again it will be too soon.

Is he still at Stevenage, I heard a funny rumour that Junior 'Bambi' Lewis followed him there, god love the sideways pass!!

I think he got sacked? And yes, Junior Lewis went there with him. :crylaugh:

It's tough to call.

Yes Ollie has taken us down, but we've been clinging on for dear life over the past few years and most of the problems were created before he came.

Whereas Taylor well, Akinbiyi. :@

I have more sympathy for Ollie in all fairness.

Things like this always make me chuckle. Okay, so Taylor may have cocked up, but he took on a side that had got into a comfort zone under a long-serving manager, and he wasn't to know the signings he made would turn out to be shaygite, did he?

FWIW, you won't hear too many bad words about Taylor here in Hull. Or at the FA, for that matter.

Taylor. He's a **** and easy to hate, where as holloway you kind of feel sorry for, and he at least seems like a decent bloke.

Quite agree. Good to hear Holloway come out and take the blame for everything, could you see Taylor do that? Plus he has a worrying affection for Junior Lewis :S

He took them over in the play-off places and successfully guided them to a position outside the play-offs. He then quit.

At the end of the day had Taylor taken over the postiton given to Holloway I doubt we would be in league 1 now.

Where would we be then? lol

Taylor was given a team capable of reaching the top of the prem and look where it ended up?

Taylor left us with one thing that Holloway never could...a newspaper clipping of the Premier League with us at the top and Derby at the bottom.

He also left us with Lee Marshall & Junior Lewis to name but 2, bobbins.

Is that any worse than a worrying affection for Barry Hayles?

I think Barry offers something, he gives his all.

Like Lewis didn't?

At least Junior helped us to leave the Championship in an upward direction.

Maybe next season Barry will be better. He was brought in as a striker and played on the left wing. You'll have to ask Holloway why. Barry may do well at League 1 level next season, we'll have to wait and see.
