Matt Posted 17 May 2008 Posted 17 May 2008 Its not a new shirt it's the 07/09 Darlington away shirt but Apparently fans were offered the chance to have their names printed on the shirts, 10 Quid I think I heard you had to pay. Not a bad idea, raising funds for the club, I suppose the shirt itself is raising funds for the club but I still think it's a good idea, looks pretty good on this shirt, don't think it'd look that good on alot of shirts, ours for example.

When are yourselves due a new kit? I've got to say, I'm no fan of the one you have and the sponser makes you look like a pub team.

Who else has ever done it? norwich city had a special away kit celebrating their centenary year a few years back, a light blue/white away kit which had names of players printed all over on it and end of last year, they played in a special edition home shirt which had names of their season ticket holders printed on it, celebrating 3 seasons in a row of around 20k season ticket holders http://www.canaries.premiumtv.co.uk/page/N...1270131,00.html
