I try to limit my benders to under 12 hours now days as 3 weeks ago i went from 10am to 3am the follow morning holidays with a group of mates is now over rated as i never got the chance to recover.

Physical excersise is overated as well why do you guys bother :whistle:

Yes I can appreciate a good woman, but I was NOT checking anyone out at the FT game I can assure you lol If anything I was focusing on the over 21 men (not in a gay way) and trying to defend!

As you will realise when looking back, I have refrained from commenting on how fruitful Katy looks. Mainly because she will be slightly embaressed (perhaps) if certain members of this forum are talking about how fit she is!
