In Praise of Sean O'Driscoll

When Doncaster got forward they were like Manchester United in the numbers of people they had around in support.

We rarely do that.

You can speculate about why as much as you like.

But it has to change.

I wasn't speculating why, I'm pretty much agreeing. I'm saying that if we had a manager who believed in playing the kind of football that Donny have, a few of our players could reasonably expect to have scored 4-5 goals who aren't necessarily attacking. With the shot on him Stearman's got, he could reasonably have expected to get a good haul in support if we'd played in the right way.

My first act of parliament would be to ban Alan Sheehan.

You're like one of those soldiers who's been stuck in the jungle too long.

The war's over. And sadly for you, you're not on the winning side.

Anybody supporting LCFC wouldn't know what a winning side looks like.

That's because I saw what the winning side looked like and I didn't want to join you and your concert party.

:D I might have guessed your policies would incline to the Left. :D

Didn't realise our ex-manager was a revolutionary-in-waiting.. :o

Although he could have been to the right of Margaret Thatcher and it wouldn't have mattered, as long as he had been able to put some wins together.

Everyone should have one.

I'm on the lookout for one actually, want something with reasonable mileage, that will last a fair while and that I won't get bored of, so am keeping an eye out.

They're like buses.

Buses full of confusing analogies.

All heading to Manchester United.

I'm resurrecting this thread in the hope Mandy reads Foxestalk.

Think outside the box; think Sean O'Driscoll. Pick up the phone, say to Mr Ryan "can we approach your manager". Tell him to do one when he says "no", then poach his manager.

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease.........
