brookfox Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 Out-of-contract Dundee United midfielder Mark Kerr is wanted by Leeds, Burnley, Coventry, Leicester and Doncaster. (Sunday Mail) Seeing as we have no manager it looks to me like we've just been added to a list by his agent for the fun of it!
Father Ted Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 No thank you. Scottish rejects like Hammill, Maybury and De Vries ruined our club. I'm fed up of being linked with SPL players.
Brainy Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 No thank you. Scottish rejects like Hammill, Maybury and De Vries ruined our club. I'm fed up of being linked with SPL players. They're not all bad. Jason Scotland came from the first division in Scotland.
DB11 Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 Thought Milan (or Paul Aldridge) said there would no incoming players whilst we are manager-less
davieG Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 Thought Milan (or Paul Aldridge) said there would no incoming players whilst we are manager-less That's for the public ear what goes on behind the scenes bears no relation to what is made public you should know that by now! That's not to say this is true.
Daggers Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 I'd say that we are more likely to be after his brother Wayne - but we already have a team full of them.
sdb Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 haven't heard of him for years!! he was always great on an old Championship Manager. But yeh, obviously bollocks anyway
Toby or not Toby Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 I saw him play at Hampden in league cup final, he had an average game but was the one who passed it for Boyd to score Rangers equaliser. A big mistake. No thank you
Matt Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 I'd say that we are more likely to be after his brother Wayne - but we already have a team full of them. No it's Juan we're after.
Brainy Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 I saw him play at Hampden in league cup final, he had an average game but was the one who passed it for Boyd to score Rangers equaliser. A big mistake. No thank you We're in League 1.
Toby or not Toby Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 So dont matter what league your in making mistakes like that.
barmy76uk Posted 8 June 2008 Posted 8 June 2008 We're in League 1. spl is the same as league /conference shocking league with shocking players,Celtic and Rangers are a bit better but the rest are very poor!
lildave3 Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 spl is the same as league /conference shocking league with shocking players,Celtic and Rangers are a bit better but the rest are very poor! Myth.
Father Ted Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 Myth. Were Maybury, S. Hughes (Scotland's next big thing), Douglas (Celtic's No.1 for a long time), De Vries and Hamill myths?
Toby or not Toby Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 Its not quite conference level, its more Rangers and Celtic mid-table Premier League clubs and the rest be average Championship teams imo
Hitesh Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 This guy was awesome on one of the CM's. Used to play for Falkirk and one of the first signings. Not sure he was ever as good though in real life.
Brainy Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 So dont matter what league your in making mistakes like that. So he made a mistake in a cup final, he doesn't deserve to play again?
Asha Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 So dont matter what league your in making mistakes like that. Says someone who believes that Cotterill's next in the championship sack race.
Jack Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 Never heard of the lad. Surely he can't be that bad though if teams like Burnley are after him ?
Matt Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 Myth. Barr Celtic and Rangers, I honestly do believe most/all SPL teams would struggle even at League 1 (maybe lower) level. SPL is awful, I hate it with a passion. Scottish football = Boring.
lildave3 Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 Were Maybury, S. Hughes (Scotland's next big thing), Douglas (Celtic's No.1 for a long time), De Vries and Hamill myths? Well they obviously failed big time at conference level with us, so no, I guess not.
eye666 Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 Never heard of the lad.Surely he can't be that bad though if teams like Burnley are after him ? Is this that form of humour known as sarcasm?
Asha Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 Is this that form of humour known as sarcasm? Why does it have to be? They're a LEAGUE above us.
