Being "instructed" that I have to positively discriminate in favour of children from Afro-Caribbean communities.

Thracian might have had a long speech, I simply told the person to **** off.

There is a fundamental (and phenomenal) difference between celebrating cultures and enabling piss-poor behaviour.

I can see me looking for a new job shortly.

Positive discrimination is the biggest BS ever.

I'd find it an insult if I had been selected, chosen etc simply because I am from an ethnic minority.
