Impressive again by the Portugese, not as good as their first game but still pretty good.

Also very happy that they got that 3rd, because now Turkey just need to win 2-0 later on and then get a draw against Czech Republic.

Good win for Portugal. But Pepe and Ricardo at the back look a bit shaky at times. Deco is a class act, and I liked that Bosingwa right back. Kudos to the Czechs for going for it, and I can't believe a player from the Danish league (Sionko) was one of the best on the pitch. Portugal haven't peaked yet, dangerous outsider for the title.

And I suppose you think Germany have a good defense? And the Mighty Italians that got thrashed 3-0? I've only seen one team that has a good defense, and they've yet to be tested: France.

No I don't think Germany have a good defence, but for me Germany have a much more efficient and reliable defence in relation to Spain and Portugal. It's all about personal opinion, and I'm just saying I'd be very surprised if Spain or Portugal won it simply because of their respective defences. I've been wrong many times on a lot of hunchs and opinions and perhaps I'll be wrong this time but thats life.

I'm sorry, it's just that it's such a cliché that Spain and Portugal have weak defenses. It's a myth! In fact they're not much worse than the supposed mean defenses of Italy and France.
