Reaction to Pearson

  1. 1. What's your initial reaction to the new manager?

    • Hot and bothered, really excited, he'll take us places.

    • Luke warm, a bit of drizzle. More of the same.

    • Completely wrong choice, another relegation fight looks likely with him.

    • Apathy. Wait and see policy. Not bothered who city appoint anymore.

My initial reaction was it was a crap, uninspiring, unambitious signing. It still is. However I've had my moan now and I'm back in positive mode and I shall be backing my team to the hilt.

Just don't expect me to be singing Pearson's/Mandaric's praises until they've actually achieved something.

Thanks for spoiling my weekend Milan.

I feel totally deflated about this appointment but hopefully I'll be proved wrong!

Pearson is a real manager, his team sent us down FFS. And there is no evidence to suggest Grayson would have left a secure job in the league above to come to us.

You could also argue that Grayson's team sent us down but in reality the only team that did was Leicester City!

I'm not to keen on him tbh. Like most people tho I'll hold judgement untill I see how he starts out. We need consistency and a united team. I know I'm stating the obvious but the key thing here is to get behind him and give him full support.

Restoring Leicester City's fortunes will require a manager with the wisdom of Solomon, a massively strong personality and the unwavering backing of Milan Mandaric.

Unfortunately, two out of three is probably the most he can hope for but, given that we were never going to get a Ferguson, a MON or even Paul Ince, our latest choice has as good a chance as any and I wish him well. He hasn't half got to learn quick.

1) Phew. My missus wound me up by texting me yesterday to say Gregory had got the job.

2) Can we keep this one for a little longer than 4 games, Milan ? Our turnover of managers has made us a laughing stock, and it's hardly been a successful strategy. Unless he actually commits the kind of gross misconduct that would get the rest of us sacked, give him a chance to do his job and build a team beyond the middle of September...

GOOD LUCK NP !

My initial thoughts were that this is a backwards step on his part, Pearson saved southampton from the drop and yet comes to club he relegated in the process  Well they say money talks....

Really we have to wait and see what happens though, no point making any judgements before he's brought in any players/played any games yet/or stayed longer than 6 weeks

We should be looking for some stability though now so hopefully hes in for the long run, however bumpy the ride
