Jesus, i didn't even know it could go on for this long!

44-44 now! think this match is more likely to end due to bad light, and that's still a long way off! Plus they'd still have to carry on tomorrow. :D

I'm now flicking from the Ghana/Germany match to a match between 2 players ive never heard of in a sport i'm not really that interested in but is proving to be strangely compelling viewing. :tumbleweed:

BBC online is the way forward. Watching Germany/Ghana on TV and the tennis online.

Isner looks like he's about to collapse, he can barely move. Only his serve keeping him in it now.

If this doesn't finish tonight, then tomorrow's going to be great fun for the winner lol

Is it still going on? To be honest, I never find tennis the most exciting of sports to watch... and 8+ hours of one game makes me lose the will to live.

This is actually, literally unbelieveable.

56-55 now.

It's impossible, it's just impossible.

As much as anyone hates tennis watch this now because this will never happen again for our lifetimes, and probably for hundreds of years. It's just beyond belief.

Nearly 200 match aces between them, 6 and a half hours+ for one set of tennis, when it's supposed to be first to 6 games win by 2 clear games.

Literally the odds of this happening are similar to that of winning the lottery.

Just hope it lasts for a few more hours tomorrow and isn't all over in a few minutes :giggle:

Unbelieveable.

Arguably the greatest sporting event in the history of the world ever.

I'm no fan of tennis but that is astonishing, amazing stamina from both players.

They'll always be remembered too. Wonderful effort.

In the short interview, Isner looked devastated that they abandoned til tomorrow! He wanted to carry on!

Roll on tomorrow! Probably only last about 15minutes.

Serious respect for that match - 6+ hours!!

6 hours is just the final set so far, which in itself is longer than any other match in history.
