I'm not sure he'd still be at Spurs if he didn't have such a dodgy injury record. Obviously I have to mention Thomas Sørensen. It's bloody ridiculous that a keeper of his class hasn't been a regular for two seasons straight.

Also think Paul Scharner is a shout.
