Sparky Posted 2 July 2008 Posted 2 July 2008 6 a side 15 Minutes matches (no half time) Players shall only represent the team in which they have been selected to play Roll on /off subs when ball is out of play No head height rule If passed back the keeper must not handle The rest of the game rules are pretty much per 11 a side rules Areas ( hoping Bert wil confirm if there are goalkeepers areas and weather we are allowed in them) Top 2 Qualify for Final whilst bottom 2 play to decide 3rd/4th play off In the event of teams finishing on the same points , Goal difference will decide . If still equal then goals scored will decide . Any Questions ?

Uncle Albert Posted 2 July 2008 Posted 2 July 2008 Do we have to wear shin pads? And I take it we can wear boots?
Sparky Posted 2 July 2008 Author Posted 2 July 2008 Do we have to wear shin pads? And I take it we can wear boots? In my personel opinion , everybody should be wearing shinpads . Moulded boots are ok but would rather no studs or blades of any kind . (discuss)
Cobbo Posted 2 July 2008 Posted 2 July 2008 In my personel opinion , everybody should be wearing shinpads . Moulded boots are ok but would rather no studs or blades of any kind . (discuss) I think that's spot on. Especially as Scowy is playing, his mistimed luncges are infamous!!
Scow Posted 2 July 2008 Posted 2 July 2008 I think that's spot on.Especially as Scowy is playing, his mistimed luncges are infamous!! Mistimed? Pah, I was thinking the term 'beautifully executed' was more apt.
Tomassi Posted 2 July 2008 Posted 2 July 2008 i'd advise all to wear shinpads, cus if you dont and u are unlucky enough to get a bad injury then you cannot claim against the centre's insurance also plastic moulds as a maximum

There is areas down St Margs and usually only the gk is allowed in them. Berty - Chris O'Grady please. Sorted. Just give me a reminder.

syston_fox Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 It is allowed over head height. Are we allowed to head the ball because the last 5-a-side I played in didnt allow it and it was a right bugger!!
Manwell Pablo Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Are we allowed to head the ball because the last 5-a-side I played in didnt allow it and it was a right bugger!! Yeah don't see why not if the balls going over head height.
Benji Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Yeah don't see why not if the balls going over head height. To be fair I think it's best we don't have head height, imagine the controversy General Smuts head height or Maybes?

Benji Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 LD3 is a better example to use there. Edit: ok think i know who you mean now and yes better example
Cobbo Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Are we having throw ins as per a normal game or kick ins as it's 6 a side? I vote throw ins.
Ashley Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Are we having throw ins as per a normal game or kick ins as it's 6 a side?I vote throw ins. Seconded. How are we starting games, drop ball?
Bert Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 We're not doing head height so it don't really matter. In my 6 a side league it's the tallest player on the pitch.... I vote kick ins

Pah you're getting rid of my asset
Katy Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 Now then Bert, being on my team, the one thing I can do in football is throw the ball a long way...Pah you're getting rid of my asset it's 2-1 in favour of throw ins do not worry just yet.
