He scored 23 goals in 4 seasons at Sheff Utd so isnt prolific so wont improve on what we have here! Again as the lads we have here he might be a good League 1 striker but at 27 i dont see it as a great move for the future, unless we got him and a Million!!

Varney played a stormer at his old club to win his move to charlton. Ok he hasnt a great season for Charlton but Charlton were pretty crap all over for their standards last year.
