I'm just gonna go down and get one on the day this year, touts were selling them at less than face value last year. Too many get into sponsors hands

We got there late last year due to a mates intramural uni footy game and people ignoring my navigation skills, but it meant we got to park for free at the little retail park across from Wembley and saw Edgar Davids on his way in late too.

Eagles better not let me down this season.

No love from me with your roster. :P

Ha, I love what they've got this season, talent scattered everywhere. Offence looks incredible if they can get Steve Smith going, they've got some fantastic wide receivers, and the finest quarter-back int he NFL ( ;) ). Nnamdi Asomugha is such a top acquisition, as well.

I love DeSean Jackson. Hoping him and Vick can get a McNabb/T.O thing going on, without the hatred and inevitable fall-out though, obviously.

*Forgot this beauty from his college days:

What a fantastic twat. Love him.

The iggles record still pretty much sits squarely on Vick's shoulders though, and I think at most he will play 12/13 games based on history and a iffy O-line. I also think Vick might struggle this year with coaches being far more prepared from the start for him.

You look strong I'll give you that.

Still not convinced Vick wins a bowl though, I'll always take a passing QB a la Manning, Brady than a half QB half RB like Vick or Tim Tebow

I thought i was the only one that watched NFL

Enjoy the sport a lot, very exciting IMO

Im something of a minnesota fan. Probably the least said about that the better.

Me vs. You, week 2 on sky sports. The Vikes could still be a force this year. I am finding it hard to believe the Lions hype to buy, but I suppose I'll get to see for myself on Sunday.

I know what you mean about the offensive line, man. The linebackers have very little experience, and Henry and Henery (punter and kicker respectively) are both rookies. I still think there's enough talent on the roster to have their best shot in a long time though, I wouldn't say the season rested solely on Vick, no matter how important he is.

Vince Young looked reasonably sharp against the Jets in pre-season, I know he's leagues away from Vick, and he's not looked in top form for some time, but, should they get some decent time from him, he'll be adequate cover. He'll have enough class options at WR to ease the pressure a touch.

So who's watching tonight? College at 9, but I'm committed :D

Rugby World cup at 9, but I'm committed, got a few beers in the fridge  Been watching the NFL Network pre-game show since 9 and now the NBC pre-game show on gamepass, so pumped for the start of the season. Should be a cracker tonight

It's 9/11, and we're all sad here, but at least we have some fvcking FOOTBALL today. We need this so badly, you don't even know.

I think I'm staying home for most of they day, where I just have cable TV, so I won't have NFL Sunday Ticket. This amazing invention not only shows all of the games but also has the "Red Zone Channel," which cuts right to whatever game has a team within the 20-yard line. Nope, I'm gonna do it old school style and catch whatever is the nationally televised game at 1:00 pm.

Thankfully, it looks like the CBS game is Steelers vs Ravens, which is always a hard-hitting, ass-kicking game. Nice.

Giants-'Skins at 4:15. Road game for my Big Blue, but a huge game nonetheless as NFC East games always are. I fear they will struggle this season, and since Washington is, well, Washington, this should be a good litmus test for us. Of course, this litmus test is in the sense that if we win, we know we're not terrible and could sort of maybe go on a playoff run, but if we lose, we should start worrying--a lot.

Jets-Cowboys at 8:20. It's rare that I do this, but I'm absolutely rooting for the loudmouth Jets today. I hate the Cowboys, the despicable NFC East rival of my Giants and the douchiest team ever. I've got an uncle that's a huge Cowboys fan and we talk shit every Sunday. I've got another uncle--his older brother--that doesn't get to watch games all of the time, but he likes the Jets... and he was also a hero of 9/11, so I also want the Jets to win to give him something to smile about today.

I can't wait to get some fried food and beers in today. :)

Looks like no 1:00 CBS game in New York. It's the Eagles vs. the Rams on Fox. You ready to be disappointed, MTWG? lol

Did any one watch the Michigan game at the big house. 3 massive touch downs in the last 90 seconds, probably one of the best games i've ever season....so want to go to a college game now.

If anyone thinks watching Leicester is hard at times, try being a Cowboys fan as well !! 24-10 up with the ball on the 1 yard line with 14 mins to go. Romo fumbles for a turnover, then we give up a TD, then next time they get the ball they block our punt for another TD, then Romo gives up another interception and our old kicker who was shit with us scores a 50 yarder....Then to top it all off, with 8 seconds to go Romo isn't watching the snap and the ball bounces off him killing our chance for one big play then a long field goal. we lose 27-24, gutted !!! Any other Cowboys fans on here by any chance? Tough weekend, first Barnsley then the Cowboys....at least the Texas Longhorns won :D

Saw it, was pretty upset as I had a bet on Notre Dame !! Great game !!! I would highly recommend a game, they're a lot of fun and the atmosphere is awesome !!! The few stadiums that sell beer are more fun than the ones that don't, but if your team doesn't sell beer be sure to get involved with the tailgaiting beforehand !!!

Just checked out details of the Wembley game (Tampa Bay v Chicago) on 23 October.

The cheapest tickets available on the site I visited (Ticketmaster) were £65.40! :o

Didn't actually expect the Eagles to do as well as they did, always helps with a few opposition injuries to key players though, I guess.

Jason Babin looked really sharp, can't complain with a couple of sacks, really. McCoy, Jackson and (although his pass completion was less than half) Vick all showed signs that the optimism might not be misplaced, after all.

It's the Eagles vs. the Rams on Fox. You ready to be disappointed, MTWG? lol
