davieG Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 Leicester City Football Club are calling on their supporters to give feedback through a new online downloadable questionnaire. Fans are being asked to give their opinions on issues including Season Ticket pricing, the upcoming 125th anniversary and the club's website. A City spokesman said: "As a club we are committed to listening to our fans - and this is their chance to give their feedback on a number of key issues." All completed questionnaires will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
Sir Fynwy Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 How can they make a big deal out of the 125th Anniversary when they had the 120th Anniversary celebration year (who can forget Fosse Gold), it will just be another attempt to part us from more of our cash.
THE MAGICIAN Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 HERE'S AN IDEA CITY, SEASON TICKETS £125 EACH FOR THAT SEASON. Just like Huddersfield have done for the 100th Anniversary (£100) We deserve some kind of compensation for the past few years of the utter crap we have watched

Munzie Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 I've asked Santa (Peter Jones in a beard really, but don't tell the younger poster's) for a ball-gag for our chairman and a bigger pair of bollocks for our manager - to start experimenting with players and formations. If he can deliver on these, I'm more than happy to trade in all futures STH exciting monthly benefits. Win ,win really. Oh, and if I can have a cheaper season ticket next year and free 125th anniversary shirt (or something), that would be nice as well. I'm not quite sure if this is like writing a Christmas list or a letter to Jimmy Saville.
Alexikokopops Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 How can they make a big deal out of the 125th Anniversary when they had the 120th Anniversary celebration year (who can forget Fosse Gold), it will just be another attempt to part us from more of our cash. My response to that was: Is this occasion as momentus as the 120th Anniversary we celebrated but five years ago? Or just another excuse to bring out an extra kit to try and get as much money as possible from the fans? Anniversaries aren't momentus when you celebrate every conceivable one with a bit of a song and a dance. Will we be having a special celebration for the 130th and the 135th too? 120th was bad enough. Wait until the 150th, then the anniversary will actually be special. If you do insist on creating a special kit then at least make sure it's a better colour than "Fosse Gold", or "Turgid Beige" as it's more commonly known Wasn't it the Thunderbird kit that was bought out for the 125th though, and not the Fosse Gold? Or was it both.
Ultra Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 It was the "Fosse Gold" kit. The black "Thunderbird" kit came out the season before. I trust we will all use the questionnaire to let the club know what we think about Chelsea Dagger.

The People's Hero Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 Won't somebody please think of the children?
Corky Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 Won't somebody please think of the children? The club does it for us

Fosse Boy Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 Sent mine off. Just basically a rant about Chelshit Dagwank, modern PHG and lack of atmosphere. Asked them for a nice home kit for the new season and a red away kit.
Munzie Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 Send them a turd in an envelope. That was done a few years back when Momo Sylla arrived through the letterbox.
Munzie Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 It's not letting me send it? Save it first and then send as attachment to [email protected]
Ashley Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 Save it first and then send as attachment to [email protected] Cheers. I didnt think of that.

Simi Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 Same questionnaire that was handed out at the Meet The Manager Evening, I'll do it again though.
Guest Bilo Posted 7 November 2008 Posted 7 November 2008 The Club is approaching its 125th Anniversary. How would you like to see the club celebrate this momentous occasion in its' history? A return to our traditional colours of blue shirts, white shorts and blue socks with a simplified 'retro' style kit. If practical, a modernised version of the club's old 'Foxes head' crest as used up until the early 1980s would be welcome. I would also like to see season tickets at £125 to commemorate the event. Huddersfield's success in reducing their STs to £100 to celebrate their centenary shows that this could be a viable option.
