Tevez Posted 8 December 2008 Posted 8 December 2008 Right fook this, I'm not getting involved with East Midlands United after Leicester City merged. I will be Chairman of this new football club and we will start in the Unibond League, along with Quorn, Shepshed and Loughborough Dynamo. The Fa have also said to us that if we have enough financial stability and too good for these leagues they will have an extroadanary board meeting to discuss to move us to Conference North/South. I am a wealthy owner (£10 Million Pounds to my name) and this is by far the exciting project I'll do. I am a no nonsense Chairman and I will get the best out of my club and will also back the managers I appoint and involve them heavily in the club. If the Manager is young, I will appoint a Director of Football. Who will be give first hand experiance to the Manager, Coaching Staff and Players. Our ground is situated on a umpteen acres of space in Birstall. The Stadium is called "Walkers Way" The aim of the game is to create a imaginary thread as time goes on. It will be a laugh. People who wish to apply for playing positions will be considered. But I will be signing good, quality players (Mark Edworthy first on shortlist) Home Kit: Blue Blue Blue Sponsored by Kwikfit Away Kit: Red and White Stripes Red Shorts Red Socks Sponsored by Kwikfit. Stevosevic Posted 8 December 2008 Posted 8 December 2008 If your preffered formation is 3-5-2, your my man. It most definetely is. It's the basis of forming a successful side, straight out of the O'Neill book of management. When do i start?
lildave3 Posted 8 December 2008 Posted 8 December 2008 I definitely see myself as a director of football.

Fosse Boy Posted 8 December 2008 Posted 8 December 2008 I'd like to apply for the position of secretary. In terms of playing ability, I'm the right footed Steve Guppy...
Tevez Posted 8 December 2008 Author Posted 8 December 2008 NEW TEAM MAKE FIRST SIGNINGChairman Mr Evez has made his first signing today, free agent Rob Young on a one season contract. He is on a goal bonus of £20 and will be handed the number 9 shirt at Walkers Way. More to follow....
Hullfox Posted 8 December 2008 Posted 8 December 2008 I think that I'm worth a look as manager. Having had my professional career cut short by injury and alcohol, I have maintained my poor level of fitness whilst studying for my coaching badges. Of course, when I say cut short I do of course mean rather like the Concorde in Paris, it barely got off the ground before disaster struck. When I say injury, I do of course mean popular snacks such as dry roasted peanuts and wotsits and when I say coaching badges, I did of course mean coaching badgers which will stand me in good stead for when we wear our new third kit of black and white stripes. I feel that I am a good man motivator, indeed you will see from my posting history on here that I can make several "players" do exactly what I want. I appreciate that my geographical position may prove to be an obstacle to some but I am willing to move closer to Birstall and have already moved into a more south easternly situated bedroom in Hullfox Towers. I look forward to a long and mutually remunerative relationship. Hugh L Fox

I see that the Director of Football has some ropes that he needs to show me. That must mean that it's either Michael Hutchence or Lil Dave.
Bert Posted 8 December 2008 Posted 8 December 2008 New Man Speaks:New FC City of Leicester signing Rob Young has spoke today of his delight at signing for the newly formed club. "It's a dream come true, to finally make it, I'm a local boy, and I've worked hard to get where i am now, and I feel that this is the right club for me. We've got a good chairman here who will give his backing to everyone, I just want to start working hard in training and repay the faith that's been shown in me" When asked on what his targets for the season was, Young replied "To hold down a regular first team spot, and get the team promoted" Young was also asked about if he had a goals target that he had in mind "I do, and I'd like to keep it personal, but first I've got to get into the team.
Tevez Posted 8 December 2008 Author Posted 8 December 2008 Club News Also looking for a Scout... Apply here. Milktray has been appointed Club Dietician. Kit designer, can anyone do it? Managers duties involves submitting the team before a Saturday game. Scout involves reporting players from any league to FC City of Leicester. I have the funds.
Asha Posted 9 December 2008 Posted 9 December 2008 I'd be a good squad player. Use me as a like a bench striker...who comes on and occasionally makes an impact... Sort of like a Matt Derbyshire-esque player.
AmericanScott Posted 9 December 2008 Posted 9 December 2008 Need a future USA international to play right wing? I'm your man
