I'm going to an American themed party in London... got my New Jersey Devils top out especially for the occasion.

I'll be baby-sitting, with my wife, so my much-more glamourous younger sister can go out.

It's almost an annual ritual.

We've had a steak and are out to see Australia this evening by way of celebration.

Oh yesd and we've also despatched one of the most mellow bottles of merlot you can imagine.

If anyone's interested it was a Canti Merlot from Sicily.

And, apart from a hugely expensive bottle I opened for our 40th wedding anniversary at Stapleford Park last year, it is as good a wine as I've tasted.

Another glass or two and I might even vote Labour... :D

As it is Ultra well knows that I'll always buy him a drink.

Hmmmm I was going out but the group we were all going out together with has all of a sudden gone different way, Some people are out tonight because others are working tomorrow night so will celebrate tonight, Someone else has decided he is going to a rave in Nottingham (1 it's D n B, 2 it's in Nottingham - Gun, and Knives? Pow Pow!...No thanks ) and others ain't got a clue what they are doing so plans we made a week or so ago have now gone tit's up.

Don't really see the point in going to a City, e.t.c, It's bad enough in a small town - Prices double, Everywhere is packed (Which isn't necessarily a bad thing), no taxi's, e.t.c, in a City it's gonna be twice, 3 times as bad.

I know my mum is having family round so might just opt to stay in and get pissed, but fook knows, I'll just see what happens tomorrow, no doubt i'll get a call of someone tomorrow night.

Dizzee Rascal is on Singstar?

Oh it is and it's joyous

I have been told that this is also our plan.

It's not Stezzas plan either as he is out and so are you. Come t'dockage Lease - you know you wanna.

Indeed - watching Katy rap to that is probably the most bizarre thing I've seen in 2008.

Bizarre but you loved every minute.

Nope - the second verse did nothing for me. The rest was spot on though!!

I'm heading into town for some Fan Club action!

I have offered to drive. It's not persuasive enough though.

As for the rapping, quality. Even got the accent to a tee.

I practice the accent at every available opportunity.

Last time I hold the door open for you then!

Yeah ok, sorry. That is quite a gentlemanly thing to do. Many apologies.
