My Uncle went there for his and said it was a Golfing stag weekend and said it was brilliant. Not that they played much Golf while they were out there. If doing one in Britain do one at the Horse Racing mate or the Dogs.

You could try somewhere like sweeden? Sweden is very expensive and in any case Sterling has weakened against Swedish Krona as well (admittedly not as much as against the Euro). On top of that after going to Stockholm myself I'm pretty confident a group of 25 pissed up English blokes would be about as welcome as, well, 25 pissed up English blokes on a stag do. As an aside the women are magnificant creatures.

You could try somewhere like sweeden? got few friends in Sweden who would welcome us over there but 1 of them was telling me it can be around £12 a drink in the clubs
