JoeyB Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 No comment.Johnny Hayes is now back at Leicester. Big Steve is not well and its not looking good for Tuesday. Thats not good news I sense a 4-5-1 or a Dickov start, but i hope a chambers and Fryatt start. To be fair, a game off would maybe be a good idea. Hasn't he only missed the Scunny match this season? Great return I reckon. Without steve howard we wouldn't be top.
Guest Chocolate Teapot Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Thanks, that's all I needed http://www.chrispalmer.org/

Yeah i agree with you, i really hope Chambers and Fryatt start up front, i really believe they would work together and we would easily get through defences. Its ashame if Howard is unwell as hes done really well this season, hope he feels better soon
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Chris Palmer??? FFS, he sounds good !!
JoeyB Posted 29 January 2009 Posted 29 January 2009 Knowitall - can you confirm that the club has approached Chris Palmer? OOOOOOOO Daggers.. Palmer asks Walsall for transferWalsall's Chris Palmer Chris Palmer has been a versatile performer since signing in August 2008 Walsall utility defender Chris Palmer has asked to go on the transfer list at the Banks's Stadium. Palmer's current contract was due to expire on Saturday but the club have taken up their option to extend the player's deal by a further six months. "We've taken up that option," Walsall manager Chris Hutchings told BBC WM. "But he wants a little bit more and to go on the transfer list. "He's got his reasons. But he needs to sign the registration so he can play." Palmer, 25, joined Walsall in August on a free transfer after being released by Wycombe - and he has proved a versatile player for the Saddlers, able to play in both defence and midfield. I've just come into the club and have picked up the mantle of trying to sort this out Walsall boss Chris Hutchings Hutchings wants the 25-year-old available for Saturday's home game with Leeds United. But the Walsall boss knows that time is of the essence to get the new arrangement agreed. "I've just come into the club and have picked up the mantle of trying to sort this out so he needs to sign the registration," added Hutchings. Meanwhile, the Walsall boss's options ahead of the weekend have been boosted by the return to training of Rhys Weston and Stephen Hughes. Weston has been out since the end of 2008 with a hamstring injury, while Hughes' groin strain has kept him out of the last seven matches. Walsall have released Austrian goalkeeper Albin Kajtezovic after his short-term deal expired. Link

Sods Posted 4 April 2009 Posted 4 April 2009 Don't really want to start a new thread on this but apperently Morrison got in a piss and went home after being told he didn't make the bench. And apperently Bruno Berner has signed a three year contract, Knowitall?
