Katy Posted 14 January 2009 Posted 14 January 2009 Following the team we love is never a waste of time.I wish I could go to every game but when you have bills to pay, etc, it is always difficult unless you have a money tree growing in your yard. I don't see myself as less of a fan than anyone else, If I can't go, I will always stop anything else I am doing and tune in to the radio. I love hearing our fans, I still feel part of it with them. I can only do 15-20 games a season including a few away trips. As for tonight, I think we will edge it, 2-1. Hear, hear! How anyone can say watching and supporting your club week in, week out is a waste of time and money is beyond me
onesize Posted 14 January 2009 Posted 14 January 2009 McCarthy out, Fonte suspended, Moses and Scannell to start. Expecting a rubbish game
lildave3 Posted 14 January 2009 Posted 14 January 2009 McCarthy out, Fonte suspended, Moses and Scannell to start. Expecting a rubbish game Moses and Scannell starting, looking forward to see them tbh. Find out if they're overrated.
Darkzzz_ Posted 14 January 2009 Posted 14 January 2009 ND, are you going? No, I wish I was. Funds are low unfortunately. Although I did have some joy on the online casino last night, had to be a day before the bloody game. Won't get a ticket now.
Ric Flair Posted 14 January 2009 Posted 14 January 2009 Moses against Davies and Scannell against Gradel, could be a decent battle of exciting youngsters. Moses is going to be a player and a half. Really wish I was going to this. I'm feeling really ill today though and none of my mates are making the trip. Shame.

Corky Posted 14 January 2009 Posted 14 January 2009 Ive had a home season ticket for 11 years and go to odd away matches you arsehole.Im still supporting the team by listening to the radio. Anyone who doesn't think its a waste of money to watch Leicester play EVERY away game, even meanlingless ones, when ticket prices, travel costs, food and drink costs are all ridiculous is deluded. Just think about all the money and time your wasting week in week out. I'm sorry, what planet do you live on? People go to every away match because they enjoy it, that's why. It's not a waste of money for them, because they obviously want to spend it on football. It's their time and money, and this is how they choose to spend it. How it can be a waste of money and time supporting your club I don't know.
Alexikokopops Posted 14 January 2009 Posted 14 January 2009 I would? Yeah. It's going to be nowhere near a sellout
Darkzzz_ Posted 14 January 2009 Posted 14 January 2009 Yeah. It's going to be nowhere near a sellout Better get on the case then. That means a drive over to Leicester to get the tickets and check if my mate fancies the journey south. Fingers crossed.
Monk Posted 14 January 2009 Posted 14 January 2009 They may be on sale at the gate may be worthwhile giving Selhurst Park a call.
