By which I mean almost my entire upper back aching like fook, not just sniffles. I've just bought a bottle of day-nurse from Boots nearby and am busy double-dosing on it in the Geology department computer room.

Bus back to Leicester after match. Train back home 7.15. Arrive home around 10.30. Sunday- Pub lunch then mate coming round.

Might go and watch Wivenhoe Town (managed by Julian Dicks and featuring ex-City trialist Stuart Slater). Might go out afterwards but quite doubtful. Sunday- Do exactly what Craig David does on the Sabbath.
