If this was a few years ago Barrera would have wiped the floor with him. Now,Khan has a chance to have an all time great on his professional record. Somehow i still think farnk Warren has fcuked this up for him. can see this being his 2nd loss. Barrera has forgot more about ringcraft than Khan knows. Mind you ,i like Khan so i hope he does well....

Barrera used to be one of my favourites but I hope Khan beats him. Can anyone remember who Barrera beat a long time ago at the end of the first round? He battered this guy with some amazing boxing and the other guy refused to get off his stool for round two. Or the ref or his corner said no, summat like that. I been trying to find that for ages but can't remember who it was

This is a clever fight, Khan is a good boxer but he just can't take a punch. Solution? Put him in against somebody that no one can call a bum, but is a featherweight who never had any power anyway. Barrera is a middle class boy btw, about as much love for him in Mexico as there is for Khan in the UK. Seems a bit harsh but he aint seen as one of their own.

It was a horrendous mistake by Frank Warren and his people to pick the Colombian for the fight without knowing how dangerous he was. It's a brave fight to set up but I think MAB will have enough to see Amir off. Good luck to him though!
